[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little vac is so perfect for daily maintenance and does a great job of it too....I have two little dogs that constantly bring sand in from a home made little beach my wife made and used to hate feeling sand on my feet wherever you walk around inside barefoot but this little fella has definitely kept me from vacuuming daily.

I reached out to Ecovacs for a replacement and they replaced the unit within 10 days. I was impressed with their speed and professionalism, not many companies are as pain-free! The vacuum itself is a godsend- I command Alexa to “Tell Deebot to start cleaning” a few times a week and my floors are just spotless. Extremely happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first floor is all hardwood so we figured a product like this would work great to make sure our floors are regularly cleaned. We knew there would be a lot of hair (human and dog) so our only concern would be how it would handle the volume. It works great! It seems to pick up everything and the tool they give to clean out the brushes after works perfect to untangle any hair that might be stuck. The only issue we've seen is that it will occasionally grab the cords from phone chargers if they're left lying on the ground, but it's teaching us to not leave them where they shouldn't be. The app also works no matter where I am so I can have it run while I'm out in case it's not a scheduled day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had three or four of these robots. They work really well and are quieter than the Roomba brand. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. I used to have a housekeeper but don't now as I can manage with the help of the robot. The only con is sometimes it won't make its way back to the charger. Some of mine have broken, but Ecovacs always replaces them at no charge if you simply mail the bad one back to them. I have mine programmed for 8:10 every morning which is a reminder to leave the house to get the kids to school on time!

We have had this for about one year, but just started using it about 2 months ago. It is so nice to be able to stop thinking about the floors. We have one dog and a baby, so things are always on the floor. This vacuums is awesome. At the price I don't believe it can be beat. Also, we have a very smart home with google home devices in most rooms and smart switches in almost every location. It's is amazing to be able to say “hey google start Rosie” ( Rosie is the Jetsons robot maid and we call our Deebot Rosie) and have the robot start without having to walk over and start it (You can also rock it with a voice command). Overall this is a great addition to our home and I would recommend it to everyone. Although, if you have the means you should buy one with a smart navigation feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing you should do is rename Deebot. You could go with Number Five, B-9, Six, JARVIS, etc. We named ours Beep Boop and the little guy is amazing. There are some gotchas though; Beep Boop can get stuck on cords, so make sure those are up off the floor or routed under furniture that is too short for Beep Boop to get underneath. Also if your builders left it so your open doors stick out into a perpendicular hallway, Beep Boop will have a tendency to close the door while vacuuming edge of the hallway and close the door on himself. A door stop will prevent this but is a little annoying to prep each time. Also when Beep Boop runs out of juice and makes his way back to the dock to charge, it might tug at your heartstrings a bit, as the wee man does not take a straight path back. Its programming still uses the bounce-off-at-random-angles that it uses for efficient vacuuming. Only now his motor sounds weak, and his little red light makes it seem like he needs to get home immediately! But alas he always makes it, even though sometimes that return trip takes 30 minutes or more. The more is if you have a cat. Instead of feeling sorry for Beep Boop like you will, your cat will view this as a weakness, and an opportunity to finally exact its revenge, blocking the path and swatting at just the right moments to prevent Beep Boop from accessing his room. Bad kitty! Leave Beep Boop alone! The "sometimes-I-get-stuck on cords" and odd pathing issues make me give Beep Boop a 4 star review instead of 5, but in my opinion that is as high of a rating that can be given to robot vacuums as an entire category with the current tech available. Beep Boop sucks up an incredible amount of dirt, pet fur, and dander, and saves us an immense amount of time and energy. He does well on carpets, rugs, and hard floors, and transitions between them just fine (that's probably why he can sometimes go over a power cord and get high centered). And he's fun enough to run that the end result is that our apartment is vacuumed far more than it would and more thoroughly if it was left just to us.

I bought this 6-7 months ago and its been great. Slim enough to go under most furniture and does well in corners . Does great on multiple area rugs and runners i have around the house., My only complaint and its kinda a big one is that I just got an area rug with black in it and it makes the vac useless. I believe when it goes over the black it thinks its goes off a cliff and just stops dead in its track. If you dont have a rug with black this its a fantastic robo vac and cant be beat on value and power.

I have continued issues with this model. It will run into an object (furniture)and repeatedly run into it for minutes in the same pattern until I pick it up and manually reposition. It also runs for a maximum of 10-15 minutes before going into an alarm, which I have to press the power button to restart. Lastly, it rarely finds it's way back to the base and will be stopped randomly throughout our home and must be carried back to the charging base. I do not recommend this product.

We bought our Deebot about a month ago and the only regret I have is not buying one sooner. With great reviews and a way better price than that other brand I thought it was worth a shot. I'm so glad we did. Not only has it helped us keep our floors clean, but we're now more inspired to keep other parts of our home clean. Such a smart purchase!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have mostly vinyl flooring but some rugs. I was worried it wouldn't be able to handle some of them as they are pretty high pile, but it has no issues. It definitely has cut down the amount of time spent cleaning.
