My only issue has been on the go home feature which is why I didn't give a 5 star. When I try to get him to return home to dock he only makes it back there about 50% of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Deebot for over a month. I bought it to keep up with the constant cat hair from my two long-haired cats. I run it every other day, and it does a great job with the cat hair. The dust bin will be full before the battery runs down! I empty it and it goes right on about its business. Personally I believe it does better when confined to a smaller area. Otherwise, it roams all over the house. It is used mostly in the kitchen and living room where we spend the most time. And best of all, mine has never gotten stuck! It just keeps rotating until it gets free.

Instead of my daily sweeping, I can run this and when I do end up sweeping, about once a week now, it is much faster because it's a lot less to sweep up. I own 2 dogs and 2 cats. This does a good job picking up all the shedded fur. It does get stuck often in certain areas, but with a small push is easily released. A slight thinner design may help with this issue. It does take awhile and some trouble for it to find its way home. It may be the location I have the base at?? I'd have to try to place it in a different location to see.

This is SO much quieter on hardwood floors, it is VERY noticeable that it is 1/2 or less noise than the other more-advertised brands.Does NOT need magnetic strips at open stairways, it senses them and backs off on it's own.

We have a bi-level house so we transfer the unit back and forth every couple of days and it works wonders. The reason I gave it four out of 5 is because of the charging process. Specifically, after the unit is done cleaning, it has a difficult time returning to the charging base.

We've been using the Deebot N79S for about a month now and I couldn't be happier! We set it to run every night when we're asleep and I'm amazed at how much filth and dog hair it captures each and every time! It's super easy to empty and brush out the dust and is pretty quiet. My advice is to run it a few times while you're around and see if it gets 'stuck' under anything, then you can find ways to prevent that. It only took about three times for us to identify the possible problem spots and now it runs like a charm. I love not seeing fur-balls tumbling around anymore!

Only issue ice ever had was it gets stuck on my in floor vents because they sit down in the carpet a bit but only a minor inconvenience every once in a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago and for the most part I am happy with the purchase. I wish I would have purchased one with mapping. That is why I have selected no for if I would recommend the product. It does do a decent job of vacuuming; however because it is randomly cleaning, areas are left undone. I have found that it occasionally runs out of battery before it goes "home". Overall, this has saved me a ton of work.

I bought this about nine months ago and haven't swept or vacuumed since. I did cited to get the deer by because I was sick of sweeping up dog hair every day. This saves me so much time and it's so easy to use. The downside is that I've had a really difficult time keeping it connected to Wi-Fi and after reading many reviews this is been a problem for a lot of people. But after investing some time and I am always able to get it hooked up again. But otherwise I love it and would recommend it to anybody who's looking to save time in their life

I have to admit I was skeptical but gave it a shot. This thing has kept the amount of hair to a minimum in the house better then I expected.
