The numbers on this microwave do not light up and they are black on black so you can’t see them. There’s no way to light up the instrument panel. The only item that stands out is the stop button, which is red. I wish I would not have bought this item.

It feels well made the door latch is heavy meaning it requires a little muscle to open but so far it works great the hood works great the under lighting is good. If there was one thing I wish it did I wish the hood synced with my Samsung cooktop that is also smart, both of them are on my Wi-Fi, they both have Bluetooth. I wish the microwave knew when the burners were on and started the hood vent.

I ordered the Bespoke washer and dryer, love them all so much!! I will always recommend Samsung! They're THE BEST!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this microwave because it was the only one I could findthat would fit in the space above my stove. It is the best microwave I have ever had! It's higher above my stove than previous ones, it looks great, has plenty of room inside, great fan speeds, and nice features. The only thing I'm not fond of is that the controls are written in such dark lettering. It's very hard to see. It would be perfect if the controls were back lit or in a lighter color to contrast against the dark background.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the microwave so far; we had an issue with the first delivery (could not install missing an internal part) and after a few phone calls Samsung replaced the unit and took the first one away. We have only had it installed for 1 month, so will need to review again later. The microwave is quiet and simple, the touch on the buttons is easy, although need to get used to how you open it to make sure that you don't turn on the fan. The light and fan are great, no issues there. I wish that it didn't stick out quite so far, but once we installed the oven/stove below, it really wasn't noticeable. The microwave currently works as expected, ask back in 6 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful design! Heats everything well and evenly. Connected to WiFi, although haven't used that feature much. Buttons are large and responsive. Large capacity, I haven't come across anything that wouldn't fit.

I purchased this item along with fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer 1/2024. All Samsung for the home I rent. In October of 2025 I heard a noise which sounded like something fell. I came out of my office walking around the house to find the Microwave in flames. No one had used the microwave due to a power outage the previous day into early morning. I'm still trying to figure out how it turned on. The entire inside was up in flames. Turntable plate burned, broken along with the roller glass piece. Fortunately, I heard a noise and caught it before my house burned down. Unfortunately, I'm a government employee who was working without pay and am a single income taking care of elderly parent so I cannot afford to replace the microwave. Unfortunately as well my warranty had expired. Not sure if anyone else has had issues with their microwave starting on its own but I will never ever spend another of my hard earned dollars on Samsung products

Im even able to turn the lights and exhaust fan off and on. The hidden buttons are also a great look! Love love love my Samsung Microwave.

Should of read the reviews first. Would not of bought it. Like the sleek design and the cook top lights and fan. But......., can not see the panel controls because there's no back light. Very frustrating, especially in the evenings. It's also not fingerprint proof. Thinking of putting stickers where the controls are. Which will look ridiculous.
