Took 1 - 1/2 days to assemble and another 1/2 to level the spot. Overall the instructions were very good with only a few mistakes, all the parts are labeled and all screws separated. Laid all the parts out and assembled with two power drills. Need a helper to do the second story. Wish some of the design was sturdier but plenty of room for bracing

We bought this set for our twin boys and couldn't be happier. We paid for installation so I can't comment much on that part but the overall structure seems like good quality. The slide is a little fast but I'm sure they will grow Into it. We added wood chips and that definitely helps my one son not go flying off it. The Rock wall is ok, I feel like some of the rocks are too close together making it challenging for them to get up, but again they are 2.5 and hopefully that changes as they get older. we also added a bucket swing instead of two big kid swings For now to accommodate my son who loves to swing and is more comfortable in a bucket swing. Overall we would recommend this playset.

We purchased the swing set for our grandsons. We assembled it partially in our garage and finished it on site. The most important thing about the assembly is to stay organized. The parts are labeled and the contents of the boxes are inventoried on a few sheets of paper. (very important) There are around 290 pieces of wood and many pounds of bolts. We had fun with the assembly but it is about a 25 hour project. All the parts were there and for the most part all went well. We did some reinforcing of the floor around the perimeter. It ended up to be more sturdy than we expected. We added gravel to inside of the bottom of the play house and set the wooded parts on patio pavers to prevent rotting.

I am adding on to his review with what my husband and I discovered while assembling the set. It took us 18 hours. 1. Unboxing, Organization I unboxed all the pieces first and checked them off to make sure I wasn't missing anything. It would have saved me time if I had laid out the pieces in alphabetical order! Definitely benefitted from the 6 ' table!! It rained on day 2 & 3 of our assembly so I was glad to have the table under cover. 2. Assembly As Mr. Nick said the directions are minimal at best. Good luck with them. Most important when assembling the fort is that there are three panels with 2 holes in the middle of them. These three panels need to be next to each other. The seats will be attached to them. After the bottom of the fort is put together put the seats together and attach them to the panels before attaching the "tables" in front of the seats. We followed the directions and attached the "tables" first then had to work under the "tables" to attach the seats. Very difficult and totally wrong sequence! We used 2 cordless drills but 3 would have worked even better so as to not have to keep changing bits. We also were skeptical of the bolts suggested to attach the swing beam to the fort, so my husband devised a better solution. I looked at each page of the directions, gathered all the necessary pieces and hardware (which I put in small tupperware dishes) for each step, then helped my husband put that step together. We built a floor for the inside of the fort using 2x2s and a piece of birch so that the inside of the hut would not get all muddy. I used a piece of cardboard to make a template. I also bought toddler swings and will save the others for later. 3. Quality The wood is soft and splits easily so go slow with the drill or pre-drill every hole again even though it is already predrilled. We did not have to replace any of the boards and were not missing any parts initially. The door hinge and door handle are made of plastic so we bought alternatives for those pieces. This swing set is well worth the price and probably would not take as long if I were to help put another one together.

You definitely need at least 2 people. We would highly recommend a 3rd to read the directions & find the next set of pieces needed. All together it took about 10 hours. But we didn't have 3 people the whole time & until our "babysitters" showed up we had to break for our kids. Also, do NOT separate the pieces out of the boxes, there are packing slips in each individual box, so it would have just wasted more time & space. And definitely pre drill so you don't split the wood.

Bigger than expected, but not sturdy. I had crack on the ladder after 2 weeks. It's been three week so far let's see

Super fun for us and our grandson; he will get many years of use! I have several nieces and nephews also, great investment.

Two adults put together in about 10 hours. Liked how the roof went on easily. Four stars because delivery was not as promised 3X.

Bought this a month ago finally set it all up last weekend for my grand-daughters birthday. Love the set but took a long time to set it all up.
