Ordering was easy, the delivery went well and no damage to any parts. The directions were good and all the parts were labeled which was wonderful. It took my husband and myself about 10 hours over 2 days to put the swing set together and we are still married afterwards. So glad I ordered this and the grandkids love it.

We bought this set for our kids for Christmas this year after researching many companies and options backyard discovery had the best sets for the price. The shipping took about two weeks but they updated us several times and there was great communication with the delivery company. The assembly company was what we were most impressed with. Two gentlemen came to set the playset up and after reading several peoples reviews on the site I expected it to take all day if not two days. Well the two men we're done setting up the playset in under five hours!!! Also it is in the perfect position on our created pad in our backyard exactly where I told the guys I wanted it. The site is very sturdy and my kids absolutely love it! My kids ages are 3, 4, 7 and 9 and my nine-year-old is very tall for her age and can still play on it. Thank you backyard discovery for making Christmas magic!!

Great play set for kids. Instructions were straightforward. What took the most time was collecting all the pieces for each step. Otherwise, assembly was a breeze. It definitely took a long time though. My 4 and 2 year olds love the yellow swing, they can get on and off themselves and swing themselves, no need for a push. They stay on it for at least half an hour at a time. The fort is like a little tree house, the kids love playing up there. The slide is pretty fast, every now and then the kids forget to hang on at the end and end up falling on their bums. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Everything is great quality, the swing, the bolts, the slide, the wood.

We love it so far! We hired through Sam's to have someone put together and greatest money we could have spent. It took them a while to put together but they were very professional and friendly. If my husband and I would have put together it would have taken us quite a few days to do. Our kiddos love all the different features and especially think the downstairs “house” part is fun to be included. Very happy with the purchase. Arrived quickly too!

First on the build experience. It took three of us 8.5 hours to build total and I agree with other reviews to keep things organized!! Two of us were building while my wife would prep by getting all the parts ready for the next step. We spread out all the wooden parts keeping like parts together. There are two or three steps in the instructions that are not very clear but overall the instructions are very simple to understand. As for quality, the set is a little smaller then we expected,it doesn't seem the quality we expected and I think it's a little over priced. The wood is thinner, it appears they only put one coat of stain on, the door is questionable on how long it will last, and the door latch is even cheaper (won't withstand much). It does appear sturdy enough for the age group playing on it however I do question just how long it's going to last. Only time will tell on it's longevity. Overall we feel it's a good set, it was fun to build and most important, the kids love it!

Got this for our two year old daughter. She is in love with it! It is a great "grow with me" play set. The only thing we have to say about it is that there was some splintering during set up but nothing we can't hit with some sandpaper and move on with. Overall, very happy with the product!

This play set is great, especially for the amount we paid for it. It is a bit flimsier that we had hoped for, but we will have to see how it holds up against wear and tear. Putting it together was a bit of a beast, but the directions were mostly good and there were two of us putting it together most of the time. It has a 5 year warranty which should pretty much take us until our youngest is about to outgrow it, so it should work well for us.

Ive had my playscape 3 weeks and the wood is starting to peel off the rock climbing area. Gettjng this thing installed by Sams club contractors was a headache in itself.

The holes did not line up on several parts of the play set, so new holes had to be drilled. Wood was not cut to the proper length, so it had to be recut and I'm only half way through putting it together.

First off, the wrong screw packet was included for the benches and we had to go buy our own correct screws. Second, the swing bar didn't securely attach and we had to drill our own holes. Third, one piece didn't fit and needed to be sanded. Lastly and most importantly, the first rung on the ladder snapped in half as soon as my 43lb 5 yr old started to climb up it. We are going to go out and buy better quality wood to replace the ladder. I'm afraid of letting my young children play on this thing.... we shall see.
