Got this for our two year old daughter. She is in love with it! It is a great "grow with me" play set. The only thing we have to say about it is that there was some splintering during set up but nothing we can't hit with some sandpaper and move on with. Overall, very happy with the product!

Swing set is nice, seems pretty sturdy, but we paid for installation and the side beam has split up the middle ( I assume from when the screw was drilled in) I also saw in the reviews later that many people have complained of this same thing. Also on the first day of use the plastic door knob/handle broke off from my 3 year old opening it. I also emailed to report the issue and haven't heard anything back. Its a good swing set but I'm not really happy that things are already broken after spending $1500.00

Just finished assembling the Woodland swing set for my 2 and 4 year old girls. They absolutely love it!! Assembly was easy, about 10 hours with help for the final assembly. Instructions were well written and easy to follow, hardware was easy to identify, and overall easy to put together.

The kids absolutely love their new playset! We started to put it together in the evenings after work and probably took about 12-14 hours total to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and all of the pieces were labeled well. It's going to provide years of fun and memories!!

First on the build experience. It took three of us 8.5 hours to build total and I agree with other reviews to keep things organized!! Two of us were building while my wife would prep by getting all the parts ready for the next step. We spread out all the wooden parts keeping like parts together. There are two or three steps in the instructions that are not very clear but overall the instructions are very simple to understand. As for quality, the set is a little smaller then we expected,it doesn't seem the quality we expected and I think it's a little over priced. The wood is thinner, it appears they only put one coat of stain on, the door is questionable on how long it will last, and the door latch is even cheaper (won't withstand much). It does appear sturdy enough for the age group playing on it however I do question just how long it's going to last. Only time will tell on it's longevity. Overall we feel it's a good set, it was fun to build and most important, the kids love it!

I bought this a month ago and I'm very happy with the durability and sturdiness of this swing set. It took about a week to put it together (working a couple hours each evening) and I did need a second set of hands at times. My only disappointment was that there are areas where there is no stain - almost like whoever stained it did a very sloppy job. I had to actually re-stain several pieces myself which was very disappointing considering the price. Overall, I'm very happy with it and my grandkids absolutely love it!

set up probably took us 16 hours with 2 of us. all material was in great condition with all pieces and parts and a few extra hardware just in case. The 3-D instructions were very helpful, although the paper instructions were easy enough as well. We used playground wood mulch to finish the job and the kids are absolutely loving it. So glad we bought this. and what great timing, just what the kids needed to busy their minds it has helped us all emotionally while living through these crazy pandemic times!!!

Instruction book along with a 3d build Instructions makes this build easy. Time consuming yes but its super easy. My problem is nothing lines up, certain holes are too small for lag screws or there are no holes and you have to drill your own holes which is fine with me, but i have had almost 10 pieces replaced because of the holes not lining up or holes drilled in the knot of the wood causing it to crack. I have been on this build for a few weeks already due to parts needing to be ordered. If this next part does not work it will be going back. The company is more than helpful with replacement parts. Just sick and tired of wondering if we will ever get to the end.

We've had this playset for a couple of years and the kids loved every minute of it. That said, we had a random microburst of wind the other day that was strong enough to blow the entire structure over. My son was swinging at the time and we are so so thankful he was not hurt. Had he been up in the top part, the unthinkable may have happened. The wood has not aged well, it has weakened and it did not come with any sort of material to bolt the swingset to the ground. Strong rebar should be provided to keep this safely grounded

We couldn't be happier with our Backyard Discovery Woodland playset—it's easily one of the best investments we've made for our kids and our backyard. We did it as part of an overall backyard remodel and it has become the focal point of the whole project. All of the kids in the neighborhood have been on it non stop. The instructions were great- It took three of us two solid days of work, but it was worth it.
