I bought this ~6 weeks ago and had it installed by the recommended service. Being December in Michigan, and install was in early November, we haven't had much chance to use it - weather has been terrible. However, it looks very nice. It took our installation service 2 days to put it together. We wanted it installed in a certain location, and it became clear that it was not being installed in the correct spot. Unfortunately he was not able to move it all once he got started, so we were a little disappointed in that. The Woodland backyard set looks great. We traded out one of the swings for our own infant swing for our 1 year old. Can't wait for Spring for her to use it more. However, her cousins (ages 9,7,5) enjoyed the playset when they were here for Thanksgiving

We bought this set for our 2 year old on Saturday and it was delivered within 7 days. Took about 10 hours with 2 experienced installers to put together. We called in advance and ordered a stove, phone, sink & faucet add on from the actual swing set company as an add on for the downstairs playhouse. We are in love with this set and so is our little one. Highly recommend this set & company!

Great set. Solid. Wood is a little on the thinner side however. Make sure your grounds level or the entire thing will shake. Son is 3.5, loves it so far. Hopefully we'll get a bunch of years out of it. Wood smells out of box, like a cedar, so maybe air it out outside. Took us like 5 days to put together. Granted we only worked on it a few hours a day. Its a lot of small pieces.

First on the build experience. It took three of us 8.5 hours to build total and I agree with other reviews to keep things organized!! Two of us were building while my wife would prep by getting all the parts ready for the next step. We spread out all the wooden parts keeping like parts together. There are two or three steps in the instructions that are not very clear but overall the instructions are very simple to understand. As for quality, the set is a little smaller then we expected,it doesn't seem the quality we expected and I think it's a little over priced. The wood is thinner, it appears they only put one coat of stain on, the door is questionable on how long it will last, and the door latch is even cheaper (won't withstand much). It does appear sturdy enough for the age group playing on it however I do question just how long it's going to last. Only time will tell on it's longevity. Overall we feel it's a good set, it was fun to build and most important, the kids love it!

We've had ours set up for about 2 weeks now and my 7 and 4 year old kids love it. I set it up myself (with the exception of my husband helping me attach the swing beam and my children intermittently “helping”) so it took a bit longer than it would have if I had the recommended 2 adults. One piece was a little damaged. I contacted the company and they promptly shipped me the replacement.

We love our new play set which we bought for our Airbnb guests and our grandchildren. It was easy to put together and took two days with two people. Directions were mostly straightforward. I would recommend reading ahead. Organize the wood ( they are all numbered) and the screws, nuts and bolts. The kids love the set with all the activities. We added a telescope and wheel which did not come with the set. It's pretty durable too. One piece of wood had a major crack and we did not receive several of the same pieces to finish the seats, but called the company and they shipped the pieces right out!

I bought this a month ago and I'm very happy with the durability and sturdiness of this swing set. It took about a week to put it together (working a couple hours each evening) and I did need a second set of hands at times. My only disappointment was that there are areas where there is no stain - almost like whoever stained it did a very sloppy job. I had to actually re-stain several pieces myself which was very disappointing considering the price. Overall, I'm very happy with it and my grandkids absolutely love it!

Absolutely love this swing set! The delivery was a breeze. It seemed a bit intimidating because 3 long heavy boxes were delivered on a pallet with the slide and just seems like a lot. The day before we were going to put it together I put 3 - 6ft tables out and lined up all the matching pieces(I also checked to make the piece count was accurate to what the papers said and that they were in good shape) Each box will have a paper of the parts it contains that lists the matching letter-number combo to the piece. The instructions were VERY EASY to follow(just be careful with the nuts, bolts, washers and screws..there are a lot of them). In total it took my husband and I about 12 hours to put together between 2 days(the first day was pouring rain and we were limited to how much we could do under a 10x10 tent or else we could have probably come close to almost finishing it on day one.

Looking at all the parts required for assembly was a little overwhelming but the instruction where easy to follow. Predrilled holes aligned very well, look closely at pictures to insure the board is not turned upside down or reversed left to right. Insure base structure is built on a level surface, this will avoid alignment issues later. Read instructions don't guess next moves.

Instruction book along with a 3d build Instructions makes this build easy. Time consuming yes but its super easy. My problem is nothing lines up, certain holes are too small for lag screws or there are no holes and you have to drill your own holes which is fine with me, but i have had almost 10 pieces replaced because of the holes not lining up or holes drilled in the knot of the wood causing it to crack. I have been on this build for a few weeks already due to parts needing to be ordered. If this next part does not work it will be going back. The company is more than helpful with replacement parts. Just sick and tired of wondering if we will ever get to the end.
