I’ve been going to wanting to review a queen version for about three years but never got around to it. Only after I saw this advertisement in Sams I figured I’d write a review. All the legs of the frame may the strong but the thin bars are extremely weak. I weighed about 220 pounds when I first got this frame and overtime the little bars that run the entire length of the frame started to break at the weld. I have a very thick mattress so I don’t see how those could’ve broke. I don’t stand on the bed and jump up and down like a little kid. I sit on the edge of the bed and watch TV, put on my sock, put on my shoes etc. One day while vacuuming I noticed those a few of little bars hanging down. They weren’t bad they were just broke at the weld. When I took the mattress off the bed I noticed more of them in closest to the edges of the bed. I tried to put them back and duck taped them up. I have dogs that likes to hide under the bed when it’s thundering or from fireworks and I don’t want them poking their eyes out! It’s a good thing I noticed this because if something would’ve happened to my dogs I would have freaked out! I now only weigh 164 pounds and it still had a couple more break. If you were over 160 pounds I suggest you shouldn’t get this mattress frame. I’m disabled and I can’t just take the thing back to the store. I had to make do with what I had. I still worry about more of them possibly breaking and me not noticing it.

I got this to go with a mmark hybrid medium firm mattress and it was so easy to set up. Literally took me 5 minutes and I didn't need any tools. It doesn't make any noise and I like how it's supporting my bed investment. I can also store stuff underneath it. It's solid.

It's been a month now and I absolutely love this bed frame. It was reasonably priced and is exactly what I needed. No noise when you get on our of of the bed, ready setup, and seems super sturdy. I will be adding a headboard later but for now, it does exactly what I need.

I am shocked how this product is rated so well. I suspect it could be paid reviews. The frame is very poorly made with cheap quality materials. The spokes that go across the bed frame are very thin and are poorly welded. I weigh just over 200 pounds and I sleep on a queen mattress. My mattress is a 8 inch mattress and weighs less than 150 pounds. I have been using this bed frame for less than a week and the thin spokes are already bending and sagging. The "2400 pound" capacity they claim is a complete lie. This can barely hold a 200 pound person on a queen frame. It now started to make squeaking sounds when I turn on the mattress.

So easy to put together and it does seem very sturdy, however, I could feel the center bars through my mattress. Where the two pieces come together in the middle, I could feel that my mattress was firmer in that part, it was odd. I returned for a different type

Pros: It is extremely easy to put together. It's 2 separate pieces that unfold that are held together with 2 bolts (I wish it were one piece). It's a good height and has decent storage space underneath. Cons: It is not noise free. We've had it for a week and just noticed it started squeaking as you toss and turn. I think it's making the mattress dip where we both sleep because of it being 2 separate "cots" bolted together It's a good frame

I bought 2 of these and both have problems. First the outside frame broke so I replaced it. Next, the small wires started popping off the frame because the welding is poor. Now one leg broke because the steel is flimsy and over a years worth of use it snapped off the frame. Worst yet the center support pushes you to the outside edge of mattress and I've fallen off twice.

Easy to assemble. Price is good. I really love having a platform like this rather than a box spring and frame. It creates extra storage under the bed which is really helpful especially in kids rooms! We now have 3 of these in our house as I have over time replaced each kids’ bed with a nice queen mattress and these platforms. Love them and Sam’s has them at the best price.

As others have stated, they are quickly put together with no tools assembly. Lots of storage underneath! We use plastic totes for easily sliding stored contents from beneath the frames as needed. Eight inch zip ties were used to secure the frames together to make king size. About a dozen of those snugged up with the excess snipped off do the job quite well. These frames are strong and durable, I would be very surprised if they didn't last many, many years. However, the main reason we purchased these was for the recessed legs and rounded corners, as we had our fill of scraped shins and stubbed toes from using traditional metal bed frames. Because that was such a common malady, we took the extra step of protecting the square legs with 1 1/4" PVC pipe cut to size for each leg and covered that with slightly longer foam pipe insulation. Overkill that wasn't necessary as the legs are so recessed that one has to intentionally make contact with them. Ten months of no stubbed toes is bliss! :) Also, we haven't experienced any noise issues mentioned by a couple of others. We would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone and have long since established the practice of doing just that with friends, co-workers and even total strangers. Bottom line: We are extremely pleased with our choice of purchasing these and we're confident that you will be, too!

You cannot put a headboard on this! Wish I had realized that beforehand.
