He is a pretty picky dog when it comes to treats or supplements and he eats these right up. I like that it contains salmon oil for his skin and biotin too. I also like the added vitamins for immune health since my dog is a senior and can use the added vitamins. I give him one a day and happy that he’s getting something good for him.

He will sniff, drop it, come back to it, and then decide. So to be honest, I was if my Jaxon would eat this. Well…… He loved these. He actually looks forward to them every day in the afternoon, after he comes in from his walk. To be honest, I am not sure if they have done much for his coat, as his coat has always been. I have a long haired dachshund and she gets these really dry patches of skin where it gets scaly and flakes off, these supplements fixed her skin!!! Her coat looks way better and it deceased her shedding! She likes the way they tastes and looks forward to it every day. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vet IQ Skin and coat supplements for dogs supports healthy skin and a shiny coat. It’s hickory smoke flavor. My dog actually likes these and he’s normally not big on supplements or treats strangely. Included ingredients are Biotin for healthy skin and coat, Zinc for immune system health and Salmon Oil for skin and coat health. I would buy these again and would recommend them to friends and family. I’ve noticed a difference in the condition of my dog’s coat with this product and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is going to be kind of sad. So I was really excited to try these with my younger Bernese Mountain Dog. We’ve had issues with hotspots and some dry fur, so I really started in on the chews to help combat that. They were super successful. I received these to try and she LOVED them. They were soft, chewy and smelly - her favorite. Sadly, she unexpectedly passed a few weeks ago after an infection that quickly went septic. Yep, that’s why this review is sad. So I’ve continued testing with my older BND Aas seen in my photo with this review. She loves them, too, but we haven’t given these a whirl for as long to see how they help with less shedding (and if you own a double coated dog, you know they SHED), and a shinier coat. I think with longer usage, I’d see more promising results. 100% approved by both dogs, though.

They are a great quality and value. The packaging is recyclable plastic. They contain salmon oil, zinc and biotin and helps with their allergies and sensitive skin. I always have to break it down and mix it in with her food. Then she would not suspect and finish all. This one is no exception. So I’ve been consistently feeding her one a day in her food. I don’t see her haven’t any dietary issues with it. She goes on with her normal routine. Although I do notice she scratches less, that’s the only thing I notice. I will continue to feed her the chew and see if there’s a more noticeable result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a dog with skin issues has to be the most challenging problem to tackle. Our dog has allergies to so many things. It's hard to rule out the root cause. The ingredients in Vetiq Skin and Coat are great for dogs with and without allergies. It's essential that we disect everything our floof eats. Having a flop earred dog in and of itself is a challenge to keep dry and clean and keep healthy bacteria flowing. The treats have a smokey smell, as liquid smoke is one of the ingredients. Thus making it palatable for even picky eaters. We started slow with two treats a day and worked up to 4 a day, as we struggle with malabsorption issues as well. It's rare that she receives treats that stray from novel proteins. We had no issues with belly upset from these treats. We saw no vast improvement in her skin with the test product. We saw no issues either, making this a good treat nonetheless. This might be best as a long-term treat to truly mark it's efficacy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought and been satisfied with other products from Vet IQ that I've ive gotten for my 2 year old shichon and was excited to get these skin and coat treats. I give my little guy 1 treat every other day per instructions. He took it with no problem the first time I gave it to him but won't anymore, so I just crumble one up in his food (they easily crumble) and he's good to go. He's had no I'll side effects to these or any other product I've given him from this brand. There are no crazy ingredients and it's only been a few weeks but his hair is so soft and silky! It's also seeming to grow faster. I will definitely recommend these and probably purchase once I run out.
