Made with salmon oil, biotin and zinc… it’s more than just a simple treat. These soft chews support a shiny coat and immune health. A mild, smoky hickory smell makes it very enticing and the flavor must be good since both pups were overjoyed with it. A size chart educates the owner to how many yums are recommended. Our Doberman’s coat is so shiny and our terrier seems to scratch less. Excellent product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Vet-IQ hickory smoke flavored soft chews for my dog to try thanks to Influenster. These chews help keep your dogs skin and coat healthy and shiny with ingredients such as salmon oil, biotin, zinc, and several omega fatty acids. That all sounds great, especially when you have a dog with skin allergies that effects her coat condition, but they only work if she will willingly eat them. My chihuahua refuses to eat these chews, partly I think they are too big for her but even making them smaller by breaking them in half didn’t work because it is the flavor she doesn’t like. They would benefit any other dog that suffers from skin and coat dullness, if they like the flavor, because they really do have several good quality ingredients. Just my picky chihuahua won’t eat them. So if your dog isn’t too picky on their treats and they have dry skin or a dull coat then I would definitely give these a try to see if they help.
