Dual Fuel at this price! Very Cool.

Due to the recent storms here in North Texas, I hooked up a interlock kit and power inlet box to my house. I will be pouring a small pad for the generator to sit on so I can pull it out there when needed and flip the switch to run my refrigerators and freezer in times of need. I feel like everyone needs one of these!

Outstanding

We recently had a tornado pass through , I purchased the Champion generator prior to the tornado. All I done was pour the oil that came with the generator then I filled the gas tank with a good quality gasoline. the instructions on how to operator the generator were easy to understand ,I really liked the large photo lay out with all components numbered. The generator started right up , and functioned as promised . Outstanding product , I would purchase again and recommend to everyone.

I have bought this product twice!

I bought this generator when I purchased our camper 8 years ago and this is the first time I have had an issue. We are camping and there is no where for me to trouble shoot the generator so I went out and bought a similar one to use while camping on this trip. When I get back from camping I will fix it and have two.

Perfect gift

The storm / tornado hit pierce township last March 1, 2017. cause my basement to flooded due to power down = sump pump down. so my parents surprise me with this new generator as my early birthday gift, to save me from another flood in the future. We are still trying to figure out a proper location to store this but definitely a perfect wonderful gift.

Awesome generator

I purchased this before Hurricane Florence. It sat in the box for a few months in my garage. This power outage that just happened I was so thankful I bought it! It was 10 at night, pitch black and I never used a generator before. I put oil and gas in, flipped it to on and opened choke and with one easy pull(easier than a push mower) it was running. Its about 10 feet out on !y back deck and its not super loud in the house. Just hear a hummm noise. I'm running my fridge, lamp, chargers, WiFi modem, house phone and a coffee pot. The first tank last me almost 13 HOURS!!!!!! The second tankful lasted me almost 12 hours!! My mind is blown!!! I could hear it chugging down like a lawn mower running out of gas. Went out and it stopped. Applied more gas and one easy pull again and everything is back and going. I have been running it 38 hours straight so far. This thing is just amazing. I really hesitated on spending the $300 because I'm a single mom but now I'm so very thankful I did. Between the generator and my wood burner we are living quite comfortable compared to most at the moment. Don't hesitate the purchase. You will not regret it!!

Impressed!

Bought this for projects around the house and as a backup power source for the Refrigerator and freezer if power goes out. Followed instructions and started on first pull! Have a small roof repair job and hooked up my air compressor (which draws a lot of amperage) for my air nailer. Didn,t hesitate a bit and the compressor ran better than when I plug it to a house outlet. Now I'm looking for more projects to do with this.

Generators make life good when the power goes out!

I am is thankful we were able to purchase a 3500-Watt Dual Fuel Generator - Model #100401 - so we could keep the power on and our food fresh when the lights went out. It's the perfect size to keep our refrigerator and freezer going strong. We especially love having the dual fuel option, able to use gasoline or propane to od the job! Great job Champion Power Equipment!

Great product so far.

So far, this generated seems perfect for what I purchased it for. no assembly required. It did start right out of the box after putting the oil and gasoline in. I have not tried it with propane yet, so I can't say anything about that function. I purchased it to use in case of a power outage. I like that it has the dual fuel function. It seems very reasonably priced for the dual fuel function.

This is the perfect generator for my camper

Bought this generator to run power for my camper. The last one I had was a 5700 watt 220 volt and I was using only 110volt of it and half the wattage. This one is perfect it is 110 volt and 3500 watt. I did a break in period of running it for 5 hours and changed the oil to get out any particulates left behind from assembly. I get about 4hrs per gallon of propane and still checking the run time on gasoline.

Quality Product

I love the duel fuel capability - I actually connected mine to a propane tank (like we use for the grill) with no issues. Easy to set up and has multiple ports for various power connections. I haven't fully maxed it out yet (fortunately no major power outages) but have everything at the go. My only constructive feedback might be since the unit is pretty heavy (> 100 lbs), having a set of casters that could be mounted to roll the unit around from storage would be helpful.
