I bought this to power my 100 Gallon Saltwater Aquarium as well as refrigerators, freezers, and window AC unit during hurricanes. I love that I can use propane first to avoid the storage steps involved with gasoline gumming up the carburator. It's nice to be able to resort to gasoline if need be.

I looked around for a while researching generators, mainly for our camp trailer we bought, but also for a home back up option. I saw this one at Sam's and was sold. Once I got it home I unpackaged it. The packaging was good with all the parts zip tied to the frame. The one thing I didn't notice was that it did not come with a container of oil. (10W-30) I was getting ready to run to the store when I read in the manual that you can use a few different options depending on the temperature and use. I had some 5W-30 Synthetic that I use in my vehicles and was glad to see that this was an option. So, I filled the oil and gas pulled a couple times and wa la! Let it run for a while and continued reading the owners manual. I was thrilled I could use the Synthetic oil in it and not have to make an additional trip to the store for setup. So, if you don't have oil and are going to purchase one, grab some while your out. To Champions credit, it is clearly labeled on the box that oil is not included. I can't wait to use this thing with our camper to run the AC and everything else. The dual fuel Propane and Gas was something that was a great selling point for me as well! Thanks!!

I bought this generator for my travel trailer. I did the initial break in which was a breeze. I love that its dual fuel. I did not order the wheel kit since I mounted it to the back rack on my trailer. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

I powered it up for the first time since I bought it. I used it for welding the fence; perlins to oil field pipe. It seems to bog down at the start of each weld but otherwise adequate. The temp wagon isn't very safe, needs heat shields to protect the propane bottle from the exhaust.

Got tired of not having a generator for when the power goes out at home and when doing something with power tools where there is no access to electricity nearby. I looked at many generators but settled with the dual fuel - figured if the power went out for an extended period of time and ran out of gas I could use propane instead. So far the generator has been perfect for my needs and would recommend it.

Needed a new generator after ol' faithful got to be way to finicky.. had been looking at duel fuel options for awhile since I new ol gen was getting near the end, settled on the 3400 Champion duel fuel and really pleased so far! Power was out and I was rushing so I actually stopped at gas station, opened box, added oil & gas at the station! (Gen was in truck bed). Got home, gas on, set to choke, pulled cord 3x and it was purring!! ran 4 hours flawlessly. The big quick start guide is fantastic! Well done! Now to get a wheel kit. Sidenote- seen some folks complaining about decibel level.. this thing is quite for what it does! It's quieter than my ol generator. If you need super quiet get a smaller generator.

Love the fact that I found a reasonably priced dual fuel generator. I put off buying a generator for years due to the worry of the gas gumming up and the unit not starting when I needed it. Propane eliminates that issue. The generator was much quieter than I expected.

I live alone in an all Electric home. After losing food in freezer more than once ( and getting cold) due to power outages, my son bought this generator for me. It is easy to start. He put on the wheel assembly which makes it easier for me to move and store. Very pleased with this product.

Picked this generator up for the occasion all power outage here in Florida especially for hurricane season. Fired right up out of the Box and ran great. You can't beat the Bang for the bucks especially when buying from a big Box store. I definitely recommend. Especially with the dual fuel option.

Bought this produce to power up my RV when places I visit has no electricity. The first time I used it, I took it out of the box, put oil and gasoline in it and one pull and it started up. It did an amazing job in the 100+ degree heat in Texas keeping the camper relatively cool. Seems to be a great product and great looking!!
