Bought this play set to replace a trampoline. The play set is great because it can accommodate kids of a variety of ages. Asesmbly takes time but the quality of the wood and fasteners exceeded my expectations. The instructions were very good. All the kids love it!

We bought this in April and our son loves it so much! I’m took three people a full weekend to put together but written instructions were easy to follow and if we still had questions the use of the app was key! Only two small issues with holes not lining up, but they were fairly easy to fix. To top it off, it smells great!

I bought this unit in August 2020. It was delivered to my door in 3 large boxes. They were well packaged and nothing had damage. Overall, I was happy with the product. The wood materials were a little soft but they have held up fine. I was very impressed with the hardware. It was high quality and had no burrs or imperfections which is great when you are using so much of it. The instruction manual was OK. I make manuals as part of my profession and I could tell the detail of the manual lessened as we got further along in the assembly. I downloaded the BILT app and used it some. It was pretty good but I just found it easier to use the paper manual instead of risking damage to my phone carrying it around during assembly. I did about 50% of the assembly myself (with the help of a 2 year old). It took a long time, a period of weeks, but I only worked on it intermittently. Things went together well. Pre-drilled holes made things easier. I would certainly recommend.

We bought this for our two daughters ages 4 and 2 and they love it. The slide is amazing they love going down it. I love that there are smaller stairs that lead up to the playhouse so that my little 2 year old can easily get up on her own and climb over to the slide.

This playset seems well made and sturdy. Took 2.5 fulls days to put together but the directions were clear and organized. It was missing one board (which didn’t affect the structure), a few of the holes weren’t aligned right (had to drill a few new ones to line up correctly) and one box came damaged so a few boards were chipped but overall we are pleased with the design and finished product.

Shipping was slow (high demand) and it took a solid week (2-3 hours a night) of two of us putting it together, but boy was it worth the wait. This is by far the best purchase we’ve made toy wise! Endless hours of creative and imaginative fun. My only complete is, the slide seems a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the set. But it’s held up so far to kids of all sizes!

We love this product. I recommend to use the professional workers to put it together. I did it myself and It wasn't that difficult but it requires time. At the end my daughter loves the Malibu Backyard. I highly recommended. Also, the customer help is very useful if you have any issues.

Bought this for my kids for Christmas ! I sent the kids away for 3 days while me , my fiance, my mom and step dad put it up and together ! Definitely was worth seeing there faces on Christmas morning! They love it ! Only a couple day install time lol, but wasn’t bad at all! Great price! Great fun for the kids ! Us adults even get in it and go down the slide !

OMG!! My grandkids love this playset/swingset. My granddaughter says it is the BEST swing ever!! I have a 6 yr old grandson, and 2 granddaughters - 4 yr old and 2 yrs old and they are in heaven. They love the clubhouse with the storage boxes for the grilling and kitchen items. The slide is high and awesome. The double swing seesaw is a huge hit. They all fight to see which two we get on it first.

I am very pleased with this set. I was able to put it together with the help of my dad. It took about 5 days and only 4-5 hrs each day. The directions were mostly straight forward but you do have to pay attention to details. Especially pay attention to what direction the pre drilled holes should be when assembling pieces. I made a few modifications to the directions to benefit me while assembling but nothing to serious. I stained the roof pieces before I put them up because I didn't want to have to get on a ladder to stain them. The cedar wood is nice because it should hold up well in the elements. All the pieces were there and I even had a few extra bolts left over. I took the parts list out of each box and went through the directions the night before and labeled what box the pieces were in so we didn't have to waste our time looking for the pieces. The slide was a bit challenging to put together and you will need patience. I had to get my two teenagers to hold it together while I put the screws in to keep it together. The kids love it and beg me to go outside and play on it every day. The sand box keeps them pretty busy too. They love to go from one play house to the next and zoom down the slide.I only have one swing up for now but can easily connect the other two at any time. I'm glad I got it for them especially since there's not much to do right now during the pandemic.
