We almost returned this thing because of the quality of the cedar and all the unnecessary parts that make it over difficult to put together. However, boxing everything up was even more of a hassel. The wood is EXTREMELY low quality cedar! The support boards for the taller part of the play house are too thin and would split when screwing it in. Luckily, we had extra 1x4 pieces that we could use as additional supports. I realize that this is under $2k, but still very disappointing

Let me start by saying I now have purchased two different playground systems from Sam’s Club. The first one was a backyard brand that was destroyed by a storm after three years of owning. So I purchased this playground to replace it in July of 2021 and today has been the first day since late last year that we’ve been able to get outside to play due to living in Iowa and this playhouse is falling apart already! The left section that has the small play top has completely come apart. Screws have come out on every side. Not to mention the cheap wood that has been peeling and breaking. I honestly am just Disgusted that my kids playground is likely going to be trashed. Please do not waste your money on such a cheaply built system. Sure it looks cute, but there is absolutely no reason it should be falling apart after six months of use.

Great swing set. Took 4 days and two people. You must be handy. Also there is a misprint on the app when it comes to the part about assembling the slide. Use the paper manual for the correct hardware to use.

Missing the bench and storage bins. The main reason I got it and nope not there. It took 4 days for two guys to put it together. Will update in a few months.

I recently bought this and one of the boxes was broken upon delivery. After immediately going through all the parts, I noticed a few parts were missing and broken. When I called customer service, they said they would replace the parts but that I wouldn’t receive them for another 2 weeks! I understand that shipping damage isn’t always the company’s fault, but my thought is that if you miss something or its broken, you ship that ASAP. The swing set looks like it’ll be fun. By the looks of it, I would recommend staining it for protection. They only stain it for looks. You definitely need to be familiar with basic carpentry skills if you want to assemble this on your own, and I would go through all the parts before assembling it. There is a reason the manual mentions this several times in the beginning.

We installed this swing set one month ago.There were no missing pieces and we followed the instructions. It as easy to put together. My three-year-old has loved this. He has played on it every single day. He likes having two separate play houses. We also installed a sandbox under the larger playhouse.Thank you backyard discovery for Producing a good product.

It took my husband about a week to put up this play set by himself. The hardest part was dealing with all of the many pieces that it came in. However, it wasn’t too bad, and my kids who are 2, 2, and 3 absolutely love it. They can all get up and down the ladders easily, and they love the kitchen and slide. The materials seem to be of high quality, and it looks nice too. We have no complaints!

We’ve had this play set for a year and my girls LOVE it! The only reason why I give it 4 stars is that the wood is not very thick so it doesn’t feel as sturdy. However, after making sure all hardware was tightened a few times after using, there weren’t any creaks or groans with an adult man crawling up in it!

This is a great, quality set. We were very happy with the quality for the price and it has so many different features that it’s really great for all ages. Having the two clubhouses is a huge bonus and provides lots of space and room For kiddos to play together! We also like how the clubhouses aren’t just empty like most are! They have cute designs, storage and a kitchen! We are all around extremely happy with this set. The delivery was fast and we are pleased.
