After one week the base under coffee pot was damaged from overflow of coffee grinds. This is from using my usual amount of coffee that I have always used. Never had this problem with my Ninja coffee maker that I had 3 years.

I am on my second unit. The first one worked awesome for a couple months and then the K-cup function would not work. Now the second one. I can not get hot enough water for a cup of tea or hot chocolate.

Nice, quiet and efficient coffee machine! I love having the option to do such a wide variety of drinks. I've recommended to a few friends already and two of them have already purchased one!

It is a good coffee maker. The only negatives would be pod holder doen not work with standard reusable pods, you have to buy a Cuisinart reusable pod. Also ot would be nice to be able to make a double espresso. Otherwise we like it a lot!

I love all the options! We've had this coffeemaker for a couple of months now and we love that we have so many options with brewing an entire pot, using a single pod or making espresso.

I am in love with ALL of my Cusinart appliances! However,this one really is serving the purpose. I now have 1 unit where once had 3!!! The bonus of the frother is oustanding!

Overall we love the flexibility of the coffee maker. The warming burner has ability to be run for up to 4 hours (factory setting), which we have adjusted so that we don't have an empty coffee pitcher on a hot burner. We really like the machine.

Really great for combo use coffee maker. I like that you can buy the reusable k-cup so you can make your own with less waste. The pot is great for multiple people with the kcup/espresso great for coffee to go.

Machine works as expected and is versatile. POD operation is a little noisy but I don’t need my k cup machine to have a silence mode so no detriment on my experience.
