Coffee and the coffee pod is fine - it's the espresso only that I have a problem with. It will do half a pod and then make a pop noise and then it's only water. I've tried 3 different espresso pod manufactures thinking it was them. It still continues. I've tried going on line to get help and it will not let me log into their website. I've tried cleaning the machine. Cleaning the top - everything

Worst coffee marker, ever. Seriously considering returning it. Controls are impossible to understand and the manual is of zero help. Why can't someone invent a coffee machine that works by pressing ONE button. Have to pull the plug to get it out of weird, non-functional modes. The absolute worst feature is, it deactivates the hot plate after 30 minutes and there's no way to turn it back on. Best drink your coffee fast.

We are enjoying our multi-use coffee center with the flexibility to make a pot of coffee, or a single serve K-cup or espresso. We’ve even experimented with the steamer wand and are getting creative with our drinks. It was a great Christmas gift!

We love the size and options of this coffee maker, we keep trying out different coffee/pod flavors. also the coffee is much warmer than my previous machine

The versatility of this model is just what our family wanted. We can make a full pot of coffee. A single cup or a shot of espresso for an iced coffee.
