I’ve had this machine for about a month and I really like it! I had a keurig for years and finally wanted to go back to ground coffee. I make coffee in the morning and my husband makes himself a Kcup. I have not heard the milk frother yet or the espresso pod. Overall great purchase so far!

We had to get a new one because the K-cup did not work. We received the new one, and the K-cup worked at first...but now works intermittently. I have noted others having the same problem. I am not sure what to do about this...it is an obvious flaw in your product. What do you suggest we do?

Excellent coffee maker but doesn't steam the milk hot enough. Everything else is great- hot coffee, Keurig coffee, and Nespresso pod coffee. It's nice to have only one machine on the kitchen counter. There's a learning curve to using it and there are You Tube videos that are easier to understand then the manual. For the milk I put it into the microwave for 30 seconds get the chill off and then steam it. Overall I highly recommend this coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best machines (so far) on the market. It takes K cups without fuss, Nespresso pods and ground coffee. It heats up fast too. Water tank a bit of a pain to fill as it is shallow - front to back - so if you have it on your kitchen counter under an overhead cabinet, you have to pull the machine out to fill, or remove the tank to bring to the sink. My wife would like a 12 oz option on the k-cups, but does OK with two presses on the 6 oz setting

Excellent 4 in 1 concept! Replaced my Cuisinart grind and brew and single serve K cup machines. Did have to get a burr grinder as we couldn’t live without fresher ground coffee. Versatility is unmatched with high quality coffee and espresso/cappucchino. Only gripe is that at end of K cup brew the K cup is still full of coffee (not purged with air) and it drips. Contacted support and their only suggestion was to return it, which I may do (exchange). Expensive but unique machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Cuisinart coffee maker and I broke the carafe. So we upgraded to the 4 in 1. Works really well on pod and netspresso - much faster delivery than our Kurig, and quieter. Well featured and a major space saver. It also looks great in our kitchen.

Barista bar allows the user to make coffee/expresso three different ways which makes it very versatile. I do have an issue with the display as I find it very difficult to read. Cuisinart could have done a much better job with that aspect of the maker. Aside from that it works well.

I think it should be called 3-in-1. The hot water/steamer wand is too low and not really adjustable...makes it difficult to use sometimes. If you need just hot water, use the pod selection without a pod. Coffe pot is smaller than the standard drip we had. Went from 14 to 12 cup. We'll keep it but just OK for the price.

It takes a minute to get to know how to operate this machine, but once you get that down it’s a breeze. It’s the only machine I’ve found that can do both the nespresso and the keurig pods, which is a really nice feature when you have 3 people in the house that all like different things. The large reservoir is nice too. My only complaints are that it’s kind of large, but that’s understandable. And the steamer wand is way too low, so you can hardly get a cup under it, much less a full cup. But all around, it’s a really great machine. Very happy.

Best of all coffee worlds. Love having the option to brew a pot, a cup or a specialty brew. The frother/instant hot water wand is perfect for lattes or a cup of tea. Was using a machine that only made k-cups or nespresso pods and having the option to brew a pot is great for lazy weekends or when company is coming.
