[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best machines (so far) on the market. It takes K cups without fuss, Nespresso pods and ground coffee. It heats up fast too. Water tank a bit of a pain to fill as it is shallow - front to back - so if you have it on your kitchen counter under an overhead cabinet, you have to pull the machine out to fill, or remove the tank to bring to the sink. My wife would like a 12 oz option on the k-cups, but does OK with two presses on the 6 oz setting

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is the worst user experience design from a mechanical engineer. The instructions are simplistic and 2 of the 3 ways to make coffee aren’t easy to make. You have to turn the right knobs in the right spot and it ain’t easy. Try to keep the burning plate on warm. Seriously try to do it - you can’t. Look it up on YouTube - no one can.

I've really enjoyed this coffee maker. Having two reservoirs is awesome. The expresso res in the back lasts a long time. The steam function works well, I just wish it was either mounted higher or had a slightly shorter stem as I have to tip my steam pitcher and it sometimes slops. It is quite convenient having k-pods as well as Nespresso pods. The controls were a little confusing and the instructions didn't help, but after about a week, I had it figured. Well worth the money.

I like the size, functionality and different features on the coffee maker. I would have liked it if it was easier to use and the instructions were easier to understand. I tried finding tutorial videos on your website and on uTube but I didn't have luck finding any. Its not as fast to brew as other coffee machines i have owned. Overall, im satisfied but not overly thrilled with this coffee maker. I believe with time I will completely happy with it, for now, we are getting acquanted with eachother

I like the concept of having multiple options. I enjoy using it but it would have give the system a 5 but couldn’t for the following reasons. I hope the following features are improved especially for the price. Machine is very noisy when it begins to make coffee Machine shakes on granite counter tops Single serve can’t be pre-programmed to make a cup of coffee

Great machine! Tired of paying high prices for coffee at all the shops, wanted to make them at home but disappointed in my Kuerig, this was highly rated so I took a chance! So happy I did! I brew a bold pot to keep in fridge for iced coffee and can make a regular cup, or a fancy latte now too! Definitely an all in one machine! The learning curve was easy as long as you read the manual!

The coffee maker and all the features work great. My only gripe is that after a brew cycle it vents alot of steam out the top , rendering it useless to put under a kitchen cabinet. Overtime, the cabinet will warp. So not I have to pull it to the front of the counter, taking up much more space than really necessary. My former Cuisinart coffee maker didnt do this.

Love the connivence of a 4 in 1 machine! Great steamer, expresso, hot water, k-cup and large pot of coffee machine (5 in 1)!! It is compatible with Peet’s expresso coffee too not just Nespresso original. Love the ability to be creative with the machine ( mixing expresso with k-cup etc…) Compact and sharp looking!!

I bought it on Black Friday, but only just unboxed it. Took me several HOURS to get it working. At least 20 times, I got the E0 error. Brewing in the pot, no problem. The pump for the pods and espresso features would not prime/draw water from the reservoir. Extremely frustrating. So, I tried getting the steam wand/hot water dispenser working, Those worked right away. After a few more attempts, FINALLY the pods and espresso features started dispensing water. Extremely displeased with the initial set-up.

After working my morning with 3 different appliances to make coffee I an now enjoying a multi use coffee machine that uncluttered my kitchen counter. Espresso, a regular cup of joe, or a pot is now easy and satisfying. Each function works smoothly and fast. My mornings are now stress free and fun.
