I really like this machine. I have tried every single coffee maker out there. This one is really good!

Absolutely user UNFRIENDLY. I can't the cover off coffee pot, the machine buttons are so difficult to maneuver. I'm making coffee when I wanted espresso and vice versa, it's leaking every day when I fill it. I've tried daily to get this to function easily and it does not. I am returning it

It is a little louder than expected, also there isn't enough room to put a travel mug under the pod side. The height of the machine isn't tall enough for a frother cup that won't overflow as it's frothing. I had to buy a riser just for that purpose.
