PLASTIC! For the price, I guess its not bad. It is disposable. Its plastic besides the magnetic and the rubber things on the head that water comes out of it is all plastic, even the hose is plastic. It looks nice, but if you drop it its gonna break. On the plus side it will never rust.

I love this shower head! I don't understand the negative reviews about low water pressure, because it actually improved ours. My husband who is 6' tall has zero issues with the height of the sprayer. The instructions don't indicate it, but it's general knowledge that you should use plumber's tape when installing any sort of water fixture. The plastic parts don't bother me—it's been years since I've seen a shower head that's 100% metal. The magnet is strong, and I have no concerns of it popping off. The flow settings are easily adjusted, and the range of head tilt is acceptable. Instructions were clear and installation took about 5 minutes. Super happy with our purchase!

Very bad pressure

Great shower head. I love the different settings. Here's an installation tip if you want more water to flow. Before you install get some needle nosed pliers and pull out the white filter from the shower head. Then pull out the blue restrictor. Then put the filter back in before you connect the head to the hose. You'll get more flow.

Over a few mo that I love how many option I have using this and works well, having a delay switch on it is amazing

Not a fan of any plastic on fixtures..experience proved they don't last long. Handheld way to big and heavy for easy use.

Been looking for a great shower head with hose and I finally found one. It kept my hot water going for awhile. My last 2 couldn't keep up with my hot water.

I'm 5'10" and this is WAY too short for me!! No water pressure so we took out a restrictor and now there is too much pressure. Also, very heavy which is probably due to the magnet. I would never buy this again!

The lower mount position meant I had to find a new shower head caddy that had room open in the middle for the handle and hose, but other than that, It has been great. The magnet makes removing it much easier than other handhelds (especially for my vertically challenged wife since it mounts lower as a result of connecting at the head rather than at the handle base), and the spray options are great. I love the fine mist setting. The trickle setting is a bit more than a trickle, but less abrupt than the complete shut-off button some have.
