I wanted to replace my old shower head because it is set too high and hard for me to reach. Because of the magnet, this one sits lower so I thought it would be a great solution. However, it's very large, heavy and the water pressure regulator makes the water barely come out. I would never have purchased it had I known these things. I will have to go through the hassle of returning because it's not usable. I expected better from a name like Moen.

The shower head and hose look nice and rhr magnet is a great addition...however if you like to have some decent water pressure from your shower then this is not for you. i would also venture to guess that the strongest pressure setting could probably be used on a baby. It was an easy install but I'm not a fan.

i like the power and fuction of the shower head. i bought this new at sams club and it had no hose in the packaging, i assume factory error. also be careful with what kind of shower arm that comes out of your wall. if it points down or is low the shower head can sit inproperly due to the length of the showerhead hitting the wall. it has a hard time staying on the magnet due to my plumbing and sits sideways.

PLASTIC! For the price, I guess its not bad. It is disposable. Its plastic besides the magnetic and the rubber things on the head that water comes out of it is all plastic, even the hose is plastic. It looks nice, but if you drop it its gonna break. On the plus side it will never rust.
