A bit firm

So I was hoping for a 7/10 but this is a 5/10 on softness. A bit firm for my liking but so cheap you can still save by buying another foam top.

Uncomfortable and nearly IMPOSSIBLE to return!

They state this is a returnable product but don't try to do it! My husband had to jump through hoops and loops to get a refund. They were very rude and unhelpful. Do not buy this incredibly uncomfortable mattress!!

TOO FIRM

Too firm for my liking. I bought it for our vacation home and only sleept on it for 3 weeks but got a little used to it. Some of the reviews stated their only inflated to 9 or 10 inches, mine is a full 12".

Didnt rise to 12 inches

Only rose to 9 inches after a month. Super hard. Waiting on it to soften, but I dont think that is going to happen. Young person with no back or shoulder pain until I started sleeping on this.

You won't get your bed

I never got my bed. The delivery date came and passed, and my bed never showed up. Nearly 3 weeks have passed since I placed my order and still no signs of shipping or any updates.

Decent But Firm

The bed was packaged well, easy to set up and seems to be well made. No smells from the foam. It’s just too firm. There is no “sinking in” for me that I’ve seen from other reviews. It’s too firm for me to sleep on.
