This was a big disappointment because it was way too soft for medium size people. Did not help with back pain like my 17 year old memory foam mattress that I loved. Top foam too thick, felt like I was drowning in bed. Worst was the foam did not recover from body impressions. Had dips that showed badly, so I'm returning it to Sam's. The mattress cover is nice however, if that means anything.

We purchased this mattress for our camper. We received the mattress today and took pictures as we opened it. I looked at a lot of mattresses before ordering and decided to go with this one since it had really good reviews. And another factor was we would be able to take back to Sams if I did not like unlike others ordering off the internet. I was worried it would not expand the full 12 inches but it did in only 3 minutes. I was amazed. I only laid on it for a little while and it is soooo comfortable I did not want to stay on it to not disrupt it fully finishing the setup but after reading the instructions it says you can immediately sleep on it. After sleeping on it for a night or so I will update the review further. It is well made and was packed very well. Very happy with it so far.

We purchased this mattress a few weeks ago. So far, we are not impressed. It is far from 12". It still has not fluffed up evenly. There is a slight chemical smell that just won't disappear. We live 200+ miles from the store where we purchased it, so returning it is not an option. Disappointed to have spent $600.00 on it.

The size of the bed completely sinking. I burn up on this mattress, and I’m not even a hot sleeper. I’ve only had this bed for a few months and it’s already indenting. It’s definitely not 12 inches. It’s definitely not firm or has any back support. I’m very disappointed. I will be going back to spring mattresses.

We bought this mattress 3 months ago and have really tried to like it. My husband cant sit on the side of it without sliding off and hates it. And I have horrible difficulty turning from side to side while lying on it because I just sink into the bed and just this morning I couldnt even get out of bed without help from my husband. (Truth be told I am not a tiny woman, more like a 2xl, but I have never had this trouble with any mattress including cheap air mattresses.) So, we chatted online with Sams and they gave us a Sams/Serta number to call. We called and gave them all our information. Supposedly in a week or two someone will call us to arrange a pick up and then we have to call back with a pick up number and they will credit our account. Then we will move our 10 year old worn out mattress back to our room and maybe we will have an ok nights sleep until we can by a better one. What a hassle. I am not sure I like this whole bed in a box idea! Really not sure memory foam is all its cracked up to be. I think we will end up doing the old fashioned thing and go to a mattress store if and when Sams ever picks up this thing. So if you like a really super soft mattress this might make you super happy. Otherwise, think again.

This is so disappointed I purchased this Serta SleepToGo 12" Gel Memory Foam Luxury Queen Mattress Just a few months ago I unpacked set up and left it alone till next day. It never occur to me to measure it, just two weeks ago my daughter came over telling me that she want it to buy one for her self. For my surprise I found out that the matters I purchased is NOT 12” is only 10” Very disappointed I paid for a 12” or 10” Photo not included because it keeps giving me a error message

I bought this mattress yesterday. I returned it this morning. Thank God Sam's has an awesome return policy. So what's wrong with it? It feels like I slept in a sinkhole. It's also super hot. Cooling foam does not work. I woke up and ran to take a shower. So, if u like sleeping in a hot sinkhole, buy it. Otherwise, serta makes other amazing products.

Super comfortable bed. I’ve purchased a king sized before and has been the best bed for myself. Bought this queen sized bed for my guest bedroom and it did not disappoint. There is a distinct smell but after a few weeks it’ll disappear. Would definitely repurchase in the future. Highly recommend.

Easy unboxing, thing looks like a rubber dock fender for a boat out of the box. A few cuts, and presto we have a bed. A little tentative at first getting used to my first memory foam mattress, ohhh I can't move around very well (it kinda sucks you in), OMG it's too hot (retains heat).. I'm not sure it's gonna fully "inflate" on the edges.. 2 days later I'm sleeping the best in years. It's very nice I would not hesitate to buy again. Doesn't like my zero g feature on the member's mark adjustable bed frame.. no big deal, raises up on the head just fine. Feet not so much. Oh well.

I bought this mattress early 2020 and was fine about 6 months, then started bowing and resulted in horrible back pain. My boyfriend bought the same one at the same time and had the exact same results. Would never buy again and having issues getting refund!
