not a 12” mattress

The mattress is comfortable and does not have the chemical smell some alluded to. It is not a 12” mattress as advertised. I have had it for almost a week and it is 10.75 inches.

We have these mattresses in all our rooms and all our kids and guests absolutely love them! We should be sales people for these because so ment people that have came to stay with us end up pitching these mattresses

Awful

Hard as A Rock. I like firm beds but woah! It smells Awful! Instantly smells of chemicals, whole house smelt awful. Had it unzipped and airing out still didn’t work. Returned!!!! Don’t waste money please.

BUYER BEWARE: Never received.. Sams won't cancel,

I ordered this mattress because I needed it for surgery recovery. I never received it, Sams said I can't return it through them, it has to be with Serta even though Sams charged my account. Gave me phone number with no resolution.

Verified Purchase

Not as firm as we expected

Not as firm as I expected. We bought the exact same mattress model, in a queen size several years ago. The mattress we received recently is not as firm, we sink to the frame when we sit on the edge.

Able to sleep again!! Love it!

This mattress is wonderful, I'm able to sleep again, works well with my kids since they move a lot I'm stable to sleep well when they are in bed with me. Is comfy, cozy, stable. Love it!

Bad choice!

I bought this mattress 3 months ago and it's already sagging and soften. My back hurt so bad, I couldn't get up in the morning. I has 10 year warranty but only after 3 months it's sagging and deformed. Don't buy it or you'll be sorry.

stay away

I wish I would of believed the reviews, not sure what it is but this mattress is firm yet it sinks half your body. Hard to explain, when we wake up our backs are so sore. I really regret getting rid of our old one for this. Wasted money

Mattress "tacos" after a year

I have had this mattress just over a year. A couple months ago it started sink in the middle, causing you fall towards the middle of you sleep on one side. This makes it very difficult to sleep.

Great Mattress

This is a really good mattress if you're looking for one on the firm side, it is super comfortable, back & shoulder pain are almost gone after less than a week.
