Very good so far, my thickness is only 12 inches after 2 weeks but don’t think it would change comfort much. Will note it is a little warmer than conventional mattress. Too early to recommend.

My oldest son bought the 10” and I was happy and satisfied with the one HE bought. So I decided to upgrade my youngest what I thought would be even better, the 12” mattress but the ends took almost 48hrs to fully expand and all the ends go all the way down when u sit down. Not at all what we expected. We will be replacing this one sooner then we thought!

I would like to rate higher but I bought a 12” mattress and this is definitely a 10” mattress. It’s been two weeks and it will not get any bigger. Unfortunately, I needed a mattress ASAP and don’t have the option of returning. I went with Serta because of the name brand. Never again. Should have read the reviews in greater depth as many said the same thing.

So far has been a great mattress. It is firm but soft, almost a perfect balance. I thought it was going to be too firm when I first started sleeping on it but I was worrying for no reason because I have had the best sleep I have had in years and no longer wake up with a backache. Comes in a box and is very easy to open and get set up. It did smell a little chemically, but has since went away. We use this with an adjustable frame and they work great together.

I was looking for a medium firm mattress. I am heavy so I need support. It was what I needed and was the only option available for pick up. I feel it was a little too expensive for the quality but I didn’t wake up with a backache so, overall, it’s good.

With this being my 1st memory foam mattress I’m not sure what though it would be, but it is uncomfortably firm, to the point where I would rather sleep on my air mattress instead. If you like firm mattresses then this is for you. If not, then please keep looking.

I was surprised what a small box it came in and thought that surely after it expanded into full size that it must have to be too mushy in order to do that. I was wrong. It feels great! When you touch it, it feels firm, but when you lay on it your body presses into it just enough...Glad I got rid of my old Select Comfort bed

Its a nice luxury firm mattress, exactly what I was looking for. The gel memory foam top layer contours your body shape very well. At first it may seem too firm, however you slowly start sinking into it after a few hours of sleep. By the morning, you would have sunk almost an inch or two into the mattress and the support for the back is not the best. I find myself tossing and turning in bed the last 2 hours of my sleep. For the price, it deserves a rating of 4, but I am still looking for the perfect mattress.

At first I thought might be too firm, and not as soft as expected, but it is actually perfect. Like it very much,
