No problems keeping it clean. A bit of a learning curve for the the touchscreen timers (wet fingers will not work).

We've had it for 9 or 10 months now and we've used almost all of the features, but one if our favorite features is the air fryer. We no longer need a counter top air fryer, so we gained a little extra counter space, which is a plus for us because we have a small kitchen which includes very little counter space.

This is the first self-cleaning oven I’ve had that really is clean at the end of the cycle. I love the tunes that it plays as the timer ends or the temperature has been reached, this draws my attention so I don’t burn whatever is cooking. Customer service has been excellent, but I can’t really speak to the out of warranty period response. It’s an excellent stove.

We don't use the duo feature much but its nice to have. My husband loves to proof bread in the oven. Works like a charm. The air fry is nice but takes much longer than a countertop one. It would be nice if the burners were various sizes. The front one can adjust but the other 3 are the smaller size. These are just little things, overall its wonderful and we love it.

I was using a separate air fryer, however, when it came time to replace my range, I decided to go with a model that included an air fryer. I researched many brands and finally settled on the Samsung model. It has the most features, including the air fryer and wifi connection, at the best price. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I love the smart features and the fact that it has an air fryer built in. I would highly recommend this stove to anyone and everyone who may or may not be looking for a new kitchen product. You can’t go wrong with buying this stove. It is definitely a must purchase if I do say so myself.

Three weeks old - sauce boiled over on a rapid boil burner and pitted the cook top. NOT covered under warranty. So, it’s gonna cost me half of what I paid for the whole unit to replace the top. Horrible design. Horrible warranty. Will NEVER buy a Samsung product again.

Due to this I purchased a 2nd stove, similair to the first. I have recommended this stove to others. Really appreciate the military support Samsung extends.

The only concern which need to improve is the touch screen of the controller. Sometime it's very sensitive as we clean up the surface but when we set up time or clock or work on any function of the oven, it does not response. Other than that, we like its
