[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our range 6 months ago. The keypad/buttons stuck since day one, this was repaired under warranty with minimal issues. Now that the keypad functions properly, I have no complaints. My wife and I chose this range as my wife wanted the air fryer and I wanted the steam clean option. The steam clean option works fairly well. I found if I ran it 4-5 times back to back and my oven was almost perfectly clean.

I rented a house in Airbnb which had this stove. When the heating element was on, it caught a piece of aluminum foil that was on it. The foil melted on the glass part of the stove. I thought I would just be able to peel it off once the stove cooled off, but when I started peeling the aluminum foil, parts of the glass started coming off!!! I can't even understand how this could happen, or what kind of glass is used that it make it get ruined so easily. To make a long story short, I had to buy the owner of the apartment a new range, because of this piece of aluminum foil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my range it has so many benefits and styles of ways to cook. It makes make cooking fun and exciting. There is a learning curve with all the styles from dehydrating, air frying, convection, grill, but eliminates the need for all the other appliances. There are a few things that I was where better like the storage tray at the bottom holds almost nothing, the top of the oven needs to be cleaned with a cleaner to get the best results, and the jingle on the timer I could do without. My favorite feature is the air fryer. The feature that is a huge plus to my busy schedule is the wifi capabilities. Being able to control the range with preheat keeps me in charge of the kitchen and helps when in the home and away in preparation of a meal. I feel this is a well thought out range and by far one of new favorite. In appreciate the quality of the range and all the benefits it has to offer. Cooking is more fun, it almost seem limitless, and then extra accessories are easy to clean. This is a kitchen upgrade based on features, functionality, and appearance

compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range about a month ago and I am pleased with it. It has the convection heat or you can choose just regular heat. It has an option for air fry but you do need to purchase a special pan for it. It has 6.3 cubic feet which is larger than some. It also is a smart range where you can control it from an app which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent electric range. I could do all my cooking just using one range. The air fryer amazes me I don't have to use oil when frying. I do not have to worry about switching it off or on I could just do that using the smart things app on my phone. The features are amazing from cooking ,frying,baking and broiling. And even cleaning the range. A wonderful experience for me.

great range with a lot of great features. the air fry is great, it does smoke a lot when making wings but they come out great. the rapid boil is another great feature but its not very rapid. i would have given it a five if it were not for the fact that it will not connect to the network. i use smart things and have all my samsung devices connected and managed from there but this range will not connect. have reset my router made sure it has 2.4, the range has been power on and off many times. no joy. i have given up on it. so if you have to have it on the network this may not work for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best purchase was this stove! The rapid boil, air fryer and WiFi connection all make this stove exceptional. The air fryer works great, the oven preheats quickly. The only draw back is with any glass top stove, the cleaning is a lot of labor and delicate care to the surface.

I really like this range, trilled that it has air fry mode. We don't need a separate air fryer taking up counter space! An additional year warranty can be added at no additional fee right now. Way to go Samsung! Oh, and this range includes a large air fry pan!!!!
