we didn't need a new range but wanted the flexibility that one with wifi could provide. with our busy home, being able to preheat the oven for dinner while we are on the way home from work would be very useful. when we first got the range, we were able to do that. but then a few months later they updated the app and it appears they took that feature away. you can only control it from the app if the oven is already on. this completely defeats the purpose and has made us really regret what has become a completely unnecessary expensive purchase.

I love the burners that have varying BTU capabilities as well as the burner grates that have enough friction that pots don't slide around, a big complaint about my last range. A lot of cooking and baking were done at Christmas and the oven did everything well.

Our family absolutely loves it! It is so easy to operate and with its WiFi connection. It integrates with Amazon Alexa for voice activation and notifications. It cooks food so evenly and quickly!

I was a bit leary about the oven heat element being at the top of the oven instead of the bottom. But, with the air circulation it bakes even better than a standard oven! I use the timer as well, as I tend to forget that there is something on the stove! This is the range I have been wanting and I didn't even know! Thanks, Sansung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed about six weeks ago. The burners have high flames so trying no to get used to cooking with them. I use a Comal to lessen the heat so the food cooks a little slower. The baking options are wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has different burners for different speeds of cooking. One eye has a double burner. You can cook for faster dishes. The only thing is that the buttons are sensitive when wiping so be careful with that. Only then that I can't wait to cook a full meal for the holidays

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove is very spacious and quiet. Love all the various features on the stove from air fry to convection to normal bake. Have yet to use the air fryer yet but can't wait to try it out. The display is great and I love that it dims on its own as an energy saver. The Smartings app make cooking while doing other tasks/chores seamless. Cooktop is great and I love the push pinch knobs that basically keep you from turning on the stovetop by accident. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends

We have an air fryer on our counter that we can now get rid of since the range works as an air fryer. We also have a sous vide now since our new stove does that too!! If you’re paranoid like me and keep thinking you’ve left the oven on, now you can just check your SmartThings app without even getting up! Being able to control the range with the app is one of the best parts about it. I definitely recommend!
