[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I did was connect this range to my home in the Samsung Smartthings app. The "almost ready" and "food is done" notifications automatically show up on not just our phones, but on our Samsung TV's as well! I also love that I can set up the oven's cooking instruction from my phone or check to see if any burners were left on. As for it's ability to cook, this has been a *huge* improvement from what we had prior. The extra warming burner has been wonderful for keeping gravies, fondue cheese, and other dishes warm while the rest of a meal is being cooked. We've also used the griddle for cooking omelets, French Toast, and pancakes. It took a few days to get used to the temperatures of the burner levels, but once you learn them it's smooth sailing from there. The range does a great job maintaining consistent temperatures. And the fast boil is *FAST*. I also appreciate the extra large burner for using a cast-iron wok on. As for the oven portion, this thing preheats fast. In just a few minutes, it can get to 400+F and be ready to go. At first, I was skeptical it was reaching the correct temperature because it's so quiet. But it was! However, it is the complete opposite of quiet when the timer strikes zero. The "song" it plays reminds me of 90's era midi files. Except loud enough to be heard throughout the house. If there was one improvement this range could use, it would be the ability to change the tune or lower the volume slightly (without having to turn off the sound completely).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing is perfect. Range is as advertised. The alert/buzzer/notification sounds are very irritating. Heats very quickly, top and oven, must get used to that. FYI. if installed under a microwave I would install a range hood extension to collect the grease and debris from range top cooking.

There are some minor defects. It's been two days since I purchased it. So, I'm not sure if there are any other performance issues. There is a gap between the top and the oven, and there is a bolt hole in the middle that is not fastened. I reported it to the service chat, but since I did not choose the option to have it installed by a professional ($25), they told me to call an installer. However, the installation is just connecting the power cord and plugging it into an outlet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Range is a VERY nice range with tremendous features and a unit that just makes life simpler. I will give it 4 out of 5 stars. It is missing the 5th star because of the glass-top cooking surface, but more on that later. It does look great in my kitchen. I will now be getting coordinated units. (Fridge & Dishwasher – I already got the microwave) The Air Fryer feature is a super awesome feature. I was using my standalone air fryer probably 3-4 times a week. Now I don’t need it!! The fact that it is another smart device in my smart home is true icing on the cake. It is synchronized to my phone, I can turn it on, preheat it, shut it off, set reminder… VERY NICE!! The burners and control of them is advanced. A simple feature that you can make precise. With over 6 cubic feet of cooking area, the oven is more than ample. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone checking it out. The ONLY knock I have on it is the glass-top cooking surface. If you can keep it spotless clean, good. But that is nearly impossible. The first bit of any kind of food that get heated on the glass-top, will not come off. I have also found no way to keep the top “streak-free”. It looks very used, but I am ok with that.

I love getting with dry feature and that they included a air fry basket too. The griddle feature is so convenient as well. It makes it easy to throw a whole pack of bacon and eggs for the whole family for breakfast. The finger print resistance finish is perfect for anyone with young kids. The app allows you to easily control the features with the touch of a finger. It’s been really helpful for when I’m not on the kitchen. The preset cooking features really help to simplify a busy night with cooking. The WiFi connectivity is amazing and lets me preheat the oven from my phone with any variety of cooking settings, and also allows it to turn off after cooking! I love this range and highly recommend!

We just received our electric samsung oven yesterday. We are still trying to figure out the whole pots range set up. We previously owned a electronic Induction cooking stove top and loved it until the oven stopped working. This stove top had 5 ranges and 2 of them have a 2 in 1 feature for smaller and bigger pots, that's something to get used to. Today was my first day trying to fry chicken breast. I had the stove top at speed 5 which isn't high heat, as I thought. The first chicken I put for frying started sizzling with hot water and oil splashing everywhere ( my fault for not wiping down the chicken breath to not have any water on it) I quickly picked up the sizzling pan and right underneath it is where small flames in random spots would come up to about 1- 2 inches height started comming from the top of the stovetop. I quickly turned it off and the flames disappeared I had a panic attack!! This never happened before with my other electric stovetop oil was always gettig under my pans and notning happend. My previous one had a feature if you take off your cooking pans the surface will not burn you, this one will burn you. Did this ever happen to anyone before? Is it a defect or if it gets too hot and oil splashes on it it can catch on fire???? The top glass, not sure how to get rid of the wierd stains it looks like it has already form the first use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so my last range lasted for almost 20 years, so I decided it was time to upgrade to a new Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range. OMG this thing is likely driving a Ferrari after owning a Toyota Yaris all your life! So the NE63A gets all the basic range and stove things right. It heats up quickly and has a timer and accurate oven temps. But it does all the other things so much better in the premium "Ferrari" way. It has the ability to air fry. You know, 'air frying' that thing that all your friends are buying separate kitchen standalone devices to just get crispy french fries. With the NE63A you don't need an extra device, it does it wonderfully as well as the most expensive air fry, and in truth, probably better than most of the competitors out there. You also get a convection stove top, which some people also buy a separate appliance to do. With the NE63A you get them all in one appliances. My favorite party the range is the rapid boil burners. Two of the four burners have this awesome feature that allows you to literally turn up the heat a notch by having a secondary ring to help bring a pot of water to a super quick boil. Man this things really works. It took about 60% less time to bring 4 quart pot of water for pasta to a boil than my old range. Impressive! A quick word of caution though, the extra rings extend to the edges of even a large pot so it can produce alot of heat across the top of the range. Be careful what you leave on the stove top near these burners when using them. I had a yeti cup sitting near the burner and I went to move it and the cup (about 4 inches from the burner) absorbed so much heat that I burnt my hand. It was an impressive ouch, but any ouch all the same. The control panel looks like something that should be on the latest Space X vehicle, so cool with color touch controls. The range is also connected a smart app on your phone. This is probably the only ding on the whole thing. The app works fine and it's great to know when your oven is heated up or if you have burner, as well as look at the timer without having to get up from the couch and look at it. The app itself is okay and a little plain and doesn't quite match up with the awesomeness of the range itself. Bottom line, if you haven't bought a new range in while, this is worth making the investment in as the quality and features offered in the NE63A are really game changing in your kitchen and cooking experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Samsung Bespoke range! Life is a lot more convenient being able to control your oven from your cell phone. I love that I can preheat the oven for my bed. I also really enjoy all the features it has as far as cooking goes. We can get rid of our air fryer now that the stove can be an air fryer as well! Same thing goes for our food dehydrator. So this one appliance is now replacing at least three other appliances which I love!
