[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great smart range! I love the modern look, and the functional touch control makes it look more fancy. I like the two fast burners in the front which heats up quickly and boils my water really fast when cooking my pasta! It also has the griddle in the middle that I like to use for my pancake and eggs in the morning, but not for my bacon because I don't want oil popping everywhere and gets messy. This has a no preheat air fryer that actually works great and cooks my food evenly. The drawer in the bottom is a little bit shorter than what I had but it works for my cookie sheets and the range accessories.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased kitchen replacement appliances and read reviews on Samsung which sounded good with many features, however I haven't fully used my new stove/range to its fullest as of yet. The way the top burners work are troubling to get used to they work differently than any other stovetop if used before. The oven takes longer to heat them my previous old electric stove. The new oven doesn't have a bottom heating element which takes getting used to also. So far I'm not fully impressed.

I haven’t really use air fry because wings are so expensive! Convection works so well that I haven’t needed air fry. Warming burner is useless because it is to small and items don’t really fit if you’re still cooking on other burner. Hard to keep panel clean as it is so sensitive. And the cook top itself scratches easily which I was prepared for from reviews. But it also gets a film on it. I am constantly wiping polishing and buffing it. But cooking aspects of it are good. I’m easy going so I’m satisfied.

I've been preparing meals daily for over 30 years, and this is absolutely the worst range I've ever used. Constant work to keep the cook top clean. Temperature settings on the 3-in-1 burner are nearly impossible to regulate. I thought it may be just a learning curve on my part, but it continues to disappoint after close to a year of trial and error. Middle burner set on Lo will boil soup! So much for setting on Lo to simmer. Oven features like air fry are nice but be prepared to do a major cleaning of the entire oven afterwards. High upkeep with below average results.

I haven't used the air fryer yet because I'm waiting on the tray but I'm excited to try it. I definitely recommend this range for anyone looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the range much since I don't cook very often. Although the only time I really used the product was to reconnect it to the WiFi. Most of the steps were straight forward except the one where you have to hold the smart control button was for what seems like a few seconds, instead of just pressing it. I tried to follow the steps exactly but it wouldn't work until I held that button instead of just pressing it. The app also doesn't really matter since you can only "send" heating instructions but you still have to press start on the stove. It's also inaccurate with time left but seems good for temperature. My partner likes the no preheat air fry & rapid boil but said you have to figure out where to place food in the oven for best baking results. Overall it's a good looking stove and it seems to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the quality of the stove and have enjoyed using it. the stove looks great in my kitchen. I have only had it a few weeks with no issues. The registration process was a pain as the serial number was on the bottom rail of the stove. Extremely difficult to capture the serial number. They could have made the registration for warranty easier. I had to go online and download the manual in order to figure out how to set the clock. I did not move to 4 stars as this was related to the customer experience rather than the range itself.
