surface scratches easily. most of my pots don't fit the range burner sizes, too big or too small. when the dual burners are on, the heat extends outside the ring i want to use. if i use the two front burners at the same time and oil splatters it hits another hot surface. caused a permanent splatter that i cannot remove.

we bought a new samsung smartthings range appliance just over a month ago. there is no note or label on the product advising not to use aluminum foil in the oven. the foil melted to the bottom of the oven and apparently fused with the oven bottom. the only solution offered by samsung was for us to buy a new range - even though it’s a clear design feature that was not advertised, easily avoidable, and ruined the oven. we would appreciate it if samsung took responsibility towards its customers.

No more having to remove heating elements and burner trays to scrub every speck of food off of them. The flat top makes it so incredibly easy to clean! The no preheat air fry has been the most used option in our house. It makes it so quick and easy to make snack foods. The oven itself is massive and we have yet to find something it couldn't handle. Because the oven is so big it made for less space in the storage drawer below. Luckily it has enough room for the griddle and the air fry basket. The burners heat up much faster than I had anticipated. Definitely speeds up the cooking process and makes cooking feel like less of a chore. I do have to say I am not entirely pleased with how long it takes them to cool down after being turned off. The front right burner allows you to choose what size of burner you want. After using this I never want to go back to a normal burner. The app connectivity is also a pretty neat feature. I can set the oven to preheat from my phone instead of having to go to the oven itself. The app also sends notifications when it's done preheating or when it's been turned on or off. I could see this being a nice safety feature for those with children in the house. Overall I am overjoyed to have this range as a new addition in our house. Very excited to do some holiday cooking with it.

The stainless steel is such a beauty, easy to clean. Have used my oven quiet more than usual, Love the dark blue color in the inside of oven. It has so much room. Also love that I am able to control with my smart phone. Which my range is a smart appliances , it heats up fast, love that, can’t forget about the air fryer. The griddle is so good. I can make pancakes and some scrambled eggs without worrying about it sticking to it. The different size burner is amazing because I always use different size pans! Love the app as well. I can manage my range. I am so impressed works so great! I recommend it ! Have had family members ask me where did I find such a smart/modern range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is beautiful to look at. And it is a joy to cook with. It is a very large capacity oven, so i can feed a multitude of family and friends. The range has more jets so there is more even heat distribution. It’s nice to have the countdown display to know how close the oven is to the temperature you need. That’s a great feature. The griddle is great for warming tortillas and for making pancakes. Super convenient. And the clean up is a breeze. I like how the timer chimes end as soon as you open the oven door. The grates are easy to remove and clean underneath. And inside, too, it’s fairly easy to clean up after using the air fryer. The air fryer is awesome, as it can hold a lot more than a countertop electric one. All in all, we love our new Samsung range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Samsung Electric Range, and upgraded from my old electric range. I'm glad I did as this range has exceeded my expectations. Here's a breakdown of some thoughts I had: Installation was a breeze as all it had was a power cord to connect. I'm glad I didn't have a gas line to deal with as this really couldn't be any simpler. Just make sure you measure your own countertops to see how the range will fit in your kitchen. Functionality is great! Does all the basic oven and range functions and more! Self clean and Steam clean are luxuries with this, as is the Convection Over and Airfry capabilities. Rapid Boil and Fast Boil are great additions too, as electric ranges in the past, have been known to be slower than gas counterparts. Smart home capabilities are just OK. I did install and set up the app, but functionality does seem a bit basic. One safety feature I REALLY like is the fact that you can check your app and turn OFF the oven in case you left it on and left the house. I haven't been able to figure out if you can do that with the cooktop yet, but the Oven is a great start. I really enjoy the clean look of the range and the spacious oven. The display is bright, and the buttons seems to be almost touch sensitive. Design is clean, superb and should fit any modern kitchen. Drawbacks: The app needs work, and the sound jingles when the oven reaches temp, or when the cook timer is done is pretty bad. I wish there was a way to change it, but its still a distinguishable alert at the least. Overall, I'm very pleased with this upgrade and feel confident that this will last many years. My critiques are just 'nice to haves' and haven't run into any dealbreakers so far. Ultimately, I do appreciate the speeds and cooking capabilities of this stove, which is essentially its core job, so all the other things are nice things to have to build out a better feature set. Well done!

The only thing is that the buttons are sensitive when wiping so be careful with that. Only then that I can’t wait to cook a full meal for the holidays

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant at first, did I NEED all this functionality? I am so happy I chose to go with this oven! All the features have expanded my cooking ability! Everything I have tried cooked up perfectly! The air fry has been a favorite! Fries to chicken everything hs come out perfectly crisp! I was actually surprised there wasn't more of a learning curve! The preset buttons make it a snap! So easy to use! It's extremely quiet! Unlike my previous oven the whole house doesn't get super hot when this one is running either! The removable griddle tray on the 5th burner has gotten more use than I ever thought it would! Nothing has stuck to it so far either! Truly I have zero complaints and would not hesitate to recommend or purchase! The wifi isn't a selling point however. If you're all giddy over the wifi know it's not real helpful. You still have to walk to the oven to turn it on. You can turn the oven off with though. If you want help with recipes there is a feature that helps with meal planning. I didn't find the recipes suggested to work for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My smart range is nothing short of a miracle range! It preheats super fast and you can even do that from the convenience of your app on your phone. Being able to airfry with this range is so convenient! No need to have extra appliances sitting around when this range does it all. It tends to run a little warm so when baking you may need to lower the temp 15-20 degrees and the bake time slightly. This range looks great and is very easy to use. Cooking on the burners is a breeze because as soon as you turn it on the burners heat up so fast. I never thought water could heat and boil that fast. My favorite features are the air fry and also the app so I can check that no one in the house left the stove on. I no longer worry about the kids cooking and burning the house down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new stainless steel electric Samsung range with convection, air fryer and griddle has met and exceeded our expectations for a range. This range has a ton of functions/options and they are all extremely user friendly. The burners and oven all heat up quickly. The air fryer works amazingly well and air fryer large amounts. The griddle is a great addition also, but it does make a mess when cooking as grease flies everywhere. The flat cook top is easy to clean and we lot the addl burner to keep items warm. I recommend reading the owners manual to get a good overview of everything this stove offers so you can use all the options available to you. Wifi connectivity works great. We highly recommend this range.
