However, from the time we installed the Range had an issue with the controls for the oven were not working correctly. Then less than seven months after installation one burner stopped working. But, we contacted customer service and they were very helpful. Providing a trick of turning off the electric breaker to the stove for three minutes and then turning it back on to resolve the issue with the oven controls.

The dual feature of the gas stove and air fry capabilities is enhanced by the great capacity of 6.0 cu. ft.. The self cleaning feature is a plus to the gas range. It is an addition to my Samsung smart things app.

Called for repair and they came out and said that he didn't know what was wrong and he had to contact engineering. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called back and was told that roaches knocked it out and that I had to pay for repairs. If their stove is knocked out by roaches after one month they it is shoddy workmanship.

do not buy this range. within a year we got a cf2 malfunction light. samsung needs to recall these devices or replace the malfunctioning components as it is not just me i see many customers reporting the same. samsung service is very bad. they sent a couple of service providers to fix this. both of them came and went back saying parts were needed and no update. i am been waiting for 3 weeks

Overall the high-powered surface unit can boil water very quickly my biggest complaint and I'm not sure why I've never had a gas product that stains my pots with so as bad as this one does not sure if it's the gas or if it's the stove.

if i could give 0 stars i would. Control panel stopped working in less than three months.
