We're sorry to hear you didn't have the experience you expected from your Febreze CAR, AJ. We want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. In case you don't know, it’s normal to look like it’s not completely full. Febreze CAR is filled by weight, not volume, to make sure you receive the exact amount listed on the package. Once the product is activated, the level of liquid will appear to drop half way. This is because the perfume moves to the membrane in order to release the fragrance. We'd like to get more information to help, as well as share your experience with our Quality Team, so when you have a chance, please get in touch with us at (800) 308-3279.
