the fridge looks and performs perfectly even with my kids constantly leaving it open. my only complaint is the apps are lacking. it only has the ability to use smart things to connect to other devices and smart view has been depricated. bring more apps!

this fridge is severely lacking both in customizability and function. the ice/water dispenser is a nightmare. pros + looks good + plays music on spotify + very quiet except when depositing ice in bin cons - shelves and bins are not adjustable - small ice maker storage bin - ice dispenser throws small pieces and chips of ice all over the place which fall to the floor and ruin weed floor - water stream is too far from activation pad/button so it requires 2 hands - water dispenser points to the side - no removable water spill tray, water continuously drips down front of freezer - water dispenser drips after deactivating water and pulling away cup - danger! severe injury will result if you put a hand on each door handle and open/close either door.

the overall look and technology is very cool, but here're 2 major issues really pull down the value. 1. screen panel frozen a couple of times after 2 month using. user can't access any other function from screen panel then the display keep on. 2. in ice maker the ice coming out very slowly not accurate.

Ice maker works but doesn't produce a lot; there is no reset button so if the touch screen hub freezes you have to unplug/re-plug in. Looks great, love the no handles, and inside camera feature.

We purchased this fridge Sept 2023 and it had cost us so much money in spoiled food. We are unable to keep fresh produce in it because freezes it, cheese goes bad super quick inside. It even freezes my fresh lettuce that I store inside containers. The freezer is the same thing it over freezers food, icicles is always on the drawers and the shelves. The ice maker also doesn't make ice fast enough and sometimes fails to even come out. We have tk detach it from the maker and manually take it out. We have thrown out so much money from frozen berries and lettuce. I have made sure to keep the vents clear I'm the fridge, I've even pulled the fridge out snd vacuumed and cleaned the vents at the back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the fridge... It's truly amazing. The one disappointment is the freezer is pretty small on the counter depth. We actually bought the standard size and the counter depth but decided to keep the counter depth. This was mostly because the standard size sticks out much further than other refrigerators. Even the counter depth sticks out a bit but not too bad. Unfortunately the freezer is kind of small on this one but everything else is amazing.
