I bought this machine thinking I was going to be able to make ice cream the same day. Nope, I have to make the ice cream put it in my freezer for 24hrs and then proceed to put it in my fancy new mixer.

I take away a point just because it’s a bummer to have to wait so long before you can use it. But as I come up with recipes I like, I try to store some in my freezer for when the craving hits. I find that I usually have to add a little bit of liquid and re-spin, but then it has the PERFECT consistency.

The absolute best investment. We bought this before my daughter had her adenoids removed so that we could make protein ice creams. It’s been well over a year since and we still use this machine multiple times a week. I love knowing what ingredients are in them and getting creative with all the recipes and mix ins.
