This bag of 18 packs - there were only 3 bags with cheese puffs, and only 2 bags had chocolate. If I can't have at least one of the things that make the pack enticing and I can't count on the accuracy of the nutritional information then I'm wasting my money. I will go back to making my own.

The packaging isn't super consistent. There are times where there might only be 3 chocolate pieces in one, but a different one might have 7 pieces. However, I don't count each nut, seed, or coconut pieces either because it is a small snack. I don't mind that. I think these are super delicious. They are like a keto friendly trail mix, which is fantastic. I never counted the M&M's in each trail mix either, but I am sure they aren't very consistent and count each M&M that goes into each bag. Either way, I love these and hope they stay around. I will definitely continue to buy them.

So far I have only tried to choconut keto mix but they are delicious! With keto I have been struggling with giving up sugar but the nuts, coconut chips and dark chocolate (and I'm not even a dark chocolate fan typically) are exactly what I needed with only 2g of net carbs. I'm going to purchase more since I think they have a pretty good shelf life.

I don't know how they can make even the nuts taste bad. Please, please, please save your money and buy something else. It's dry, flavorless, stale. Seriously, I'm not a troll, I very rarely leave bad feedback. I'm just annoyed that we had to throw it out. What a waste of money.

Do not waste money on these. Out of the whole lot, only one snack mix had the cheese, and NONE of the choconut ones had chocolate. They were mostly pumpkin seeds- so not sure how accurate the nutritional facts are since not all ingredients are in the pack. Save your money.

The included cheese balls had no flavor. They seemed like a light weight filler. For me, the over all taste was poor, the nuts alone even lacked much flavor. I would have preferred some flavorful, roasted almonds or pepitas. For the same net carb count, ":ratio Keto friendly Toasted Almond Crunchy Bar's" made by General Mills are much more satisfying but costly for only 4 bars to a box.

I actually really much enjoyed these little snacks! The taste to me is perfect, of course with it being labeled as a “keto” snack I wasn't expecting a lot of sweet or much savory flavor but it was just perfect for me! I suggest going with a normal trail mix if you wanted that extra sweet and savoriness! I would definitely purchase these again!

Like several reviewers, I didn't care for the cheese balls when I first tried them, preferring the chocolate mix. But that quickly changed. I now prefer the cheese mix, and I love dark chocolate, so that says alot. I picked up an omega blend on my last visit since I couldn't find these, but it's not the same. I would order several more of the NG probiotic Keto mix if they were in stock.

These are so good!! I can see the complaints if you are still use to sugar in your diet, but if you have moved to a no sugar diet these are the perfect snack. Glad to have a fast snack that's low carbs with no sugar & low salt. Great to throw in a backpack when spending the day outdoors.

These snacks are great! Both taste good but I really enjoy the dark chocolate mix 😋
