I was expecting flavorless, but on opening the package there was a strong cake mix odor. The flavor in iced tea was horrible, overwhelming the tea with an off-vanilla white cake batter flavor with a lingering yucky aftertaste. Returned it for a refund.

I love that this is made from plants! For medical reasons I've had to cut a lot of carbs out of my diet, and this is a great solution. The carb count is the same, gram-for-gram, but using half the amount to get all of the sweetness is a win! The only downside to my purchase was that the resealable zipper that closes the bag stayed zipped and detached from the bag when I opened it. Now I have to be careful not to let it spill. This was my first time trying a stevia/stevia blend product. Before I placed the product on my prepared food, I tasted a little on my finger. It was sweeter than any sugar product I am currently using. However, with it being that sweet to my taste, I used less than I usually do. This 40 oz. bag will last a person for months. Pyure has done a great job making stevia products taste better to me. There wasn't a bad aftertaste like stevia can usually give off and the label is really clean.
