I enjoy Pyure products so I decided to try the Pyure Stevia. I can still tell by the taste that it is not real sugar but it still tastes great. There is no gross aftertaste that associate with Stevia products. That is my favorite thing about Pyure, their products don't have that stevia aftertaste. I am more familiar with the chocolate powder and syrup. The only negative is that the sugar and powder doesn't mix well so I recommend a mixer bottle if you are using this in a drink. The thing I love about what Pyure is doing is providing the perfect mixing measurements on the back of their packaging. It's very hard at times while making a dessert to know how it computes to the standard sugar mix. The flavor of this is not too sweet and reminds me a lot of sugar. I have been buying Pyure for months and love it. To me, it does not have an aftertaste like stevia alone often does or the cooling effect that some of the erythritol sweeteners have. I use it in my coffee and in keto baked goods. You need half the amount or less compared to regular sugar.
