The thing I love about what Pyure is doing is providing the perfect mixing measurements on the back of their packaging. It's very hard at times while making a dessert to know how it computes to the standard sugar mix. The flavor of this is not too sweet and reminds me a lot of sugar. I bought two bags of this sweetener thinking it was a good thing. It gives a funny taste to Kool Aid drink mixes. I used only 1/3 C as it is very very sweet. I do prefer the Splenda product over this one, but you can only get this on-line, a real disappoinment as now you have to pay for shipping.
