lack of custom options

Does not provide full control over wash cycle; most options are to be downloaded without customization. normal cycle is about 2 hours , which is insane

Big Improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of the old LG Tromm front load washer and dryer and this new tower is a huge improvement from the older models. Cycle times are shorter and drainage is better.

Broken in nine months!

I Purchased this unit less than a year ago and this week the drum inside looks like it’s tilting back and it makes a very loud noise on spin. I need to know who I can reach in regards to this.

Love the washtower

Loving this feature filled washer/dryer!

I have had this for three weeks now, and am in love. The stainless steel color makes it look gorgeous and it has great features that I love using. The speed wash is great for clothes that aren't really dirty but need to be refreshed.

Good but... app is annoying
