[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the two brand new washers this one completes the job 15-20 min faster then my Reg. Washer and dryer

We purchased this a few weeks ago. I downloaded the app, but can't get it to work with the app on my phone. Unable to get the settings to hold when I change them. Once I press "start" they revert back to the default settings.

Replaced washer and dryer for this one piece LG. With the laundry room makeover and got the LG for the extra space. Works perfectly with no limitations for our household.

Have used it only approx 5 times and it the washer has a vibration sensor error, four repairs later, still waiting for the correct part to repair it, so disappointed.
