I love how the washing cycle discusses to the dryer the drying time and when the melody plays to indicate the dryer is done, the clothes are dry! And the kilowatts of electricity I’m saving too! This unit (beast) is a must if you are considering a new washer and dryer!

Installed quickly and easily. My laundry is cleaner than it has been is a long time. I have owned a front load system before but this stackable is far superior.

When it was delivered, the delivery men couldn't install it to my water heater because of a liability on their end, which is understandable but I felt they could have been kinder in their demeanor. They came in with a "no" attitude instead of a "okay, let's figure this out" and what can we offer like the pipe parts etc. to at least help with the process of setting it up on my end. I am finding that I need to run the machine a little bit longer than I'm used to to really get my clothes clean. I'm not sure if this is due to it being attached to a water heater though. I like the overall look of the machines, they're stable, and do clean well. I love how advanced we've gotten with washing machines and it does help that the settings from the washer are transferred to the dryer. I want to read the manual to see if there are any settings I am missing out on, hopefully it has a timed wash/dry; that would be helpful. I didn't see it on the screen.

It’s my first LG product purchase, but am sure it won’t be my last. The touchscreen controls make doing laundry really simple. Thanks LG from one satisfied customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer and dryer work as expected. Main gripe is the dumb vibration sensor that seems to be integral to it working. The only reason I didn't knock it down further is because I have a 5 year repair warranty, but still, a less than 1 year old washer shouldn't stop working just because of a dumb sensor when the washer itself is mechanically perfect. Never been able to use the app features because it seems to hate wi-fi mesh systems so I gave up on that also. I did try turning off the 5Ghz signal and retrying, but nothing.

Sleek aesthetic and not too loud as well. Also really nice that all the control buttons are in the middle, I’m on the shorter side so I really appreciate not having to reach to the top of the machine. I’m very happy with my purchase!

We had a space constraint and decided to purchase this wash tower, it is the most wonderful and versatile gadget we ever owned… we use it literally every single day, it operates like a Cadillac… sleek and reliable, quality, quiet, washes and dries like commercial equipment does, and it’s right here in our own home :-) it’s been life changing…

This unit is so quiet and so many settings and does a great job cleaning our clothes. I didn't realize our out washer wasn't getting our clothes clean until I started using LG!

Its sleek design and very quiet during operation made it a good choice for us.It is a new design(both washer and dryer are connected into one unit) so am little worried about future maintenance for example if dryer goes does that mean replace whole unit?
