Kids love the taste. As a adult if you have sore gums then I would use it too.. smell amazing. Definitely worth it for everyone even if you are an adult

The only toothpaste my kids would use that still would get their teeth clean and freshen their breath. A lot of kids toothpaste would taste ok to them but just wouldn't touch morning breath or didn't seem to get their teeth clean or both

My son uses this tooth paste and doesn't complain about it being hot or “spicy”! It's easy to use and works really well on cleaning his small teeth! Price is normal. Package is great
