great melting butflavor is really mild. i dont use it alone as my usband said no flavor. but added to chedder or even mozzarella to top a casserole so good and melty.

The texture of this cheese is not chihuahua, the flavor is not chihuahua. More fat, more carbs, more calories, less of what you want. The only "style" is on the label. They don't even say where it's made.
