I like this cheese especially for quesadillas. The mild taste lets the ingredients blend well no matter what they are. We like chicken quesadillas made with onions, bell peppers, squash, refried beans & pepper jack cheese added to the diced chicken with this melting cheese. Serve with home made salsa, sour cream & sliced avocado. Yum!

The best cheese for making Mexican dishes or any dish where you need to have to melt the cheese. Dips etc. great cheesy flavor, highly recommend!
