It’s cheesy, mild flavor, great I. Drilled cheese, quesadillas, enchiladas. Melts quickly even though it’s refrigerated.

When it says "Melting Cheese," that's exactly what you're getting. It's creamy and flavorful without the typical dryness of preshredded cheese.

We use it almost daily because has a unique milk taste like only mexican cheese does. Ponlo primero en la plancha y luego la tortilla y OMG! Maravillosa!

great melting butflavor is really mild. i dont use it alone as my usband said no flavor. but added to chedder or even mozzarella to top a casserole so good and melty.

This cheese melts readily, smells good. Check the dates on the package to make sure it’s been turning over at the store, and you don’t have one that’s close to expiration date.

It melts nicely for tacos, queso, and quesadillas. However, you must eat it quickly bc it spoils after 1 week opening. It started to smell like dirty socks, so had to throw it out. No mold was present, but the smell was too powerful to eat.

This cheese is not bad by inexpensive cheese standards, but it's not better than a Mexican-style blend and costs the exact same. Not worth the savings vs. Supremo brand which was absolutely superior. Nothing offensive about the cheese, but also no real point in buying it.
