I was having pain in my hands and someone recommended OsteoBiFlex and it definitely helped and I tried the Member's Mark brand and was just as effective at a lower price so I use it now. My family physician said it was safe to take just as a vitamin would be.

I started taking these about 3 yrs ago when I started working out and lifting weights. I have to say that it has helped with my joints and bones. Especially going through menopause. It has releived the joint pain and given me more bone strength. I will keep on using this product and recommend it highly

I've been dealing with osteoarthritis pain in my knees for years, and every 4 months, I have to have a hydrocortisone shots ..after taking these wonderful supplements the pain has had great results..

The only reason I bought this was that Sam's Club was behind this - no 'Made in' on the bottle, only distributed by.. which in most cases means this is not made in the USA or any decent country. I will not comment on efficacy of the product as i did not see any difference in my case, however there is a very strong smell when you open the bottle. Does not matter, the 1st time or any time after that. I am not sure if this is the bottle or the pills themselves which have this ugly and definitely not healthy phenol like smell. I replaced the container with Pyrex glass jar, pills still smell maybe slightly less. No, I would not recommend this product regardless the price as one should not be taking anything which smells like chemical waste. I am willing to pay extra for 'made in the USA', however strange that sounds actually living in the USA, and yet it is harder and harder to find.

I switched from name brand. These pills pass right through and don't get absorbed. Felt like I stopped taking them.
