These are large but easy to take two. No side effects but I do take them with food.

Gives my arthritis some peace. Lets my hands work easier. You really notice it when you can't take it

Doesn't hurt to get out of bed in the morning with this. I notice if I forget to take them for a few days.

Usually order this type w/o msm. but not available out of club - awaiting to see if this is more effective.
