Having tires that getting to be marginal on tread and a tire that was not patch/plugable sealed the deal for getting new tires. Walked right in, had wanted tires in stoc, were installed and out of the store in 11/2 hours. Couldn’t ask for better service. Also, want to commend Codi on his awesome customer service!!! He’ really GOOD.

These tires, which were recommended by Sam's Club staff, have made a big difference in the ride if my car. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful on making my decision. The installation process was fast and done while I was shopping.

I replaced the original aging Michelins, in anticipation of an upcoming trip, with Pirellis. I have been very happy with the tires once I straightened out the pressure in the tires. My car takes 32 psi in the front, 30 psi in the rear. I did not check the document to see what fill had been used. Never had to before, all Sam's tire purchases before had been filled accurately to the car's specs. A couple of weeks after the install, we had a few warm days, and suddenly, the check tire pressure light came on. I was only a couple of blocks from home so I went there and checked the tire pressure: one front tire was 40 psi, one was 38. One rear tire was 39 the other 38. Left the car there overnight and checked again the next morning and the pressure had only dropped by one unit. So my tires had been very overinflated in the install. I checked the paperwork from Sam's - they showed a 35 psi fill on each tire, apparently no one checked what fill should be used. To say the least, I was very disappointed by the poor quality work that resulted in a safety issue. I was lucky I found the problem before my trip and will know to double check work done on my car at Sam's Club.

The tires are awesome and got them at a Great deal but as usual the installers don't put the lugs back on according to psi specs and I had to get a special socket grabber to get them off to install brakes and I'm just glad I wasn't on the side of the road with a flat trying to get that tire off or I would have been totally screwed and unable to change my tire.

Tires are good. Feel a vibration about 60+ mph. Have an appointment tomorrow to have tires balanced again.

3days after purchase the tire was deflated. Upon examination by towing truck the tire was not properly installed and the valve was not tightened properly hence the air leak from the tire

Tire installation use to be free and now they are charging $20 a tire ...Sams club keeps raising the rate for membership and I am now starting to see no value in this.
