They are so convenient to use, just pull out one sheet at a time, which is just the right amount of parchment paper and reduces waste as I don't use too much. I absolutely love the Reynolds pop-up parchment paper. I am so sad it has taken me so long to realize how easy parchment paper makes in cleaning up. I use the paper for baking cookies and even baking bacon. Many times I don't even have to wash the cookie sheet if I have used parchment paper! The pop-up is very convenient compared to a roll. The only thing I don't like is that they are a bit smaller than my cookie sheets so I end up having to use two. My cookie sheets are 12x17 and the paper only measures approximately 11x12. I was pleased with the width of this freezer paper as I had racks of ribs to freeze and there was plenty to fold over. I was able to maneuver the paper well to get a good seal. I like that regular pen worked well when writing on the " dull" side. I wrapped and froze 5 " rib racks" and still have plenty of paper left in the box!
