I purchased Reynolds kitchens pop up parchment sheets. These are pre-cut sheets that measure 13 x 9. They are oven safe up to 425°. These are so easy to use. I used them while making cookies and there was no need to grease the pan. I like using these versus the roll of parchment paper just because these are already pre-measured for you. These also lay flat in the pan versus parchment paper from the roll that will curl up. You can use these for baking or for cooking meat or vegetables. It makes cleanup very easy. First let me say the sheets are longer than what I expected based on the picture which is great! But they are not very wide. So if you want to use them to line a regular sized pan, you would need to use a few and over lap them. I used mine underneath cookies and they worked just fine. Also, if there are any bakers on here, I used a sheet for butter cream transfer and it worked great! I absolutely love the Reynolds pop-up parchment paper. I am so sad it has taken me so long to realize how easy parchment paper makes in cleaning up. I use the paper for baking cookies and even baking bacon. Many times I don't even have to wash the cookie sheet if I have used parchment paper! The pop-up is very convenient compared to a roll. The only thing I don't like is that they are a bit smaller than my cookie sheets so I end up having to use two. My cookie sheets are 12x17 and the paper only measures approximately 11x12.
